It's mostly on the doctors/ hospitals. My cousin had an infection inside his intestine causing his abdominal region swelling and pain. The kid was hospitalized for two days, but the they kept sending in interns to do assessments. My aunt made a big fuss and threatened to sue them. They then started the surgery right away.

These people, politicians, celebrities and the rest, need to pick up a history book. The decline of the Roman Empire began when they started granting citizenship to many people who didn't care to assimilate or be fully Roman (they might have adopted the clothing styles and spoken the language it they did not deel affinity towards Rome) and disregarded much of their traditions. At first, it seemed like a good idea but it later came and bit them in the a$$. Much of tue elites had also become so disconnected from the commons and what the Empire truly needed. And looks like it is happening again.
