Hello! Thank you for the pattern and detailed explanation of the process, I made a wallet, but made some changes in sewing on a zipper feed.
Nice as usual. If you use two sided tape on the zipper and attachment square it a lot easier. Let your contact cement dry like 10 mins. Also cheap acid are great for applying glue. I have used your long wallet template (first template I ever bought ) with different tweeks to make a bunch of different style wallets.

I made your 5 pocket bifold wallet, took me months to do (as I was acquiring the tools) and learning along the way. I made it from the leather of an old purse of my wife's. It's pretty thick but I think it will last forever. Great instructions in your video.
I have one question, what type of contact cement are you using? I'm using elmer's, but I read that it wasn't recommended as it isn't a permanent solution. I heard that there's a contact cement that's water based that is preferred. Wondering what you suggest and/or use, thanks.

What size snaps did you end up using? 0 or 1 edger? Are you using .8 tiger thread? Also perhaps a link to your snap setter? I'm thinking maybe Xmas purchase. Thanks and love everything you do. I have many of your patterns in my collection.

Thank you for the video and free template! I have a question on the leather. Is it Crome tan or veg tan? Because I have a piece I bought from hobby lobby that I believe is Crome tanned and I am having trouble burnishing the edges of it. Not sure if that leather requires a different method of burnishing.
one thing ive noticed... since youre left handed, you installed your zip to open from right to left. me, being right handed, prefer my zip to open from left to right :) makin another atm...
If you are going to go into this detail, You should have shown how the stitching around the zipper was done.
