300g Glutinous rice (soaked 1 hour) 300克 糯米 (浸泡1小时)
150g Coconut Cream 150克 椰浆
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
香蕉叶 Banana Leaves
Fillings 馅料 :
40g Dried Shrimp 40克 虾米
6 Shallots 6粒 小葱头
2 Garlic 2粒 蒜头
8 Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 8条 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
1 Lemongrass 1条 香茅
60g Grated Coconut 60克 椰丝
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
1 Kaffir Lime Leaves 1片 风甘叶
