When he yells at Ms.Love its an act he does not mean that at all. Glanville does not like any of the Defense team and STEEL is a threat to him because Steel knows the Law and Glanville hates that. He was so happy to send STEEL to jail and when Ashley came to represemt Steel you could see the ANGER in his face. This Judge NEEDS to be REMOVED asap this whole Trial is a shit show. As a criminal defense lawyer, i believe there is an 80% chance this will be a successful mistrial if Steele can file an appeal with the supreme court.
I had a problem with a judge denying my request for emergency custody (he used to be the defendant’s attorney and already recused himself for that reason in a previous matter) I filed a nice complaint with the judicial conduct board they removed him from that court immediately and was under investigation for almost a year… then I found out that he talked to the defendant and his attorney about my filing… I really don’t trust judges now! They definitely are corrupt… found out a lot hanging at the courts filing motions for my pro se cases
Do you mean after the trial over? Hopefully the jury will see this for what it is or the State will stop this. How come the judge gets to make a ruling on this? I know he. Doesn't have anyone to answer too but there has to be something other than being investigated by the bar. Like something that can happen now? I know the government is corrupt but are you surprised by all this? Every video I've seen by a lawyer, they all can't believe this is happening and all say the judge is wrong. But nobody has an answer on what can actually be done, the judge has too much power for one single person.

What should happen and what will happen are two different things. Mr. Steel is 100% correct about not only the judge but also the two named assistant district attorneys. As a retired lawyer myself with over 30-plus years of experience, this is perhaps the most egregious and outrageous example of misconduct that I have ever seen. It's fortunate that this travesty has all been recorded on video because, otherwise, I wouldn't have believed it. The 2 state attorneys should be fired, the judge removed from thos case and brought before whatever body reviews judges for unethical conduct. Not to predetermine what the result of an adjudication of Judge Glanville's conduct would be, his behavior is abhorrent. He needs to be removed from the bench - permanently.

You are absolutely correct, there was another motion filed as well to call the judge and both prosecutors as witnesses, since that’s what they made themselves having that secret meeting. I respect Mr Steel and his representation for his client. The state is trying to make their star witness appear to be scared of Jeffrey, but it’s backfiring, the jury sees through the nonsense and woody is gaining a lot of popularity with his clearly pressured testimony

to be honest I think the witnesse lawyer should be disbarerred. There is a reason mister copland fired her. From what I am hearing the witness is in fear for his life and at the same time is being complled to testify. He changed everything he told investigators and he has already recived immunity so he can testify in the case. His lawyer is working aginst his best interest and his lawyer divoulging this information to Mr. steele is enough evidence of that. Imagine the lawyer that representing you doing everything they can to help protect someone your testifing aginst and they really do not care if you go to jail because they did not even want you up there in the first place.
At this Point in time, even the Judge should get a lawyer

@@TFLN There's a judge right across the hall who is the next in line for Head Judge and his no cases for 3 years. They can recuse him, and he could allow the investigation to happen at any point. He is denying the investigations to even start in the first place.

This case is going to end up going through the entire trial, and then be tossed immediately in appeals if they are convicted. There is pretty much no way it can't be.

When Glanville later today, tuesday, says "I'm going to go ahead and deny this motion", surely someone somewhere in the judicial system must be able to step in and say "Judge Glanville, you can't do that". Glanville having to consider whether or not Glanville is biased, making mistakes and acting illegally is an atrocity and so stupid, it's amazing that it is even possible. Surely this case is a prime example that this needs to be changed, that there needs to be a supervisory organ that can step in and stop a judge from abusing his powers without having to wait potentially for years before an apellate court to take it in to consideration.
I still don't understand why the Glanville is so intent on finding out who revealed that he broke the law? What difference is that going to make? Does he just want to punish Bumpass and make sure she's held in contempt before he can't punish her when he's kicked from the case?

@Jaded518 Google "who can disqualify a judge" and they will tell you. You have to file a motion with proper wording and on time. Which they did. Now a court is going to look at that and determine whether or not they will disqualify him.

It would seem that, if the rules of judicial procedure have any meaning at all, this judge is going to have to declare a mistrial and recuse. I think he's going to have to worry about possible censure, maybe even disbarment.

Direct criminal contempt is 20days in jail and you do not get to appeal.
Actually criminal content can be up to 6 months in jail and has to have a sentence, civil contempt, the person can be held until they talk. But Mr steel got 20 days over his head. But that's just the sentence the judge gave him
