INGREDIENTS:
4-5 chicken eggs.
Salt pepper.
Paprika, dry parsley.
100 g hard cheese.
2 young zucchini.
Add salt and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
1/3 cup all-purpose flour.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
oil for frying.
Fry over low heat until golden brown.
Sauce:
1-2 cucumbers.
Grate and squeeze out the juice.
Dill greens.
120 g sour cream or yogurt.
1-2 cloves of garlic.
A pinch of salt.
