#MentalHealth is something that is often not talked about for many reasons. Stigma, fear, acceptance, struggle or maybe you just cant bring yourself to say "I'm not ok, I need help"
A year ago I was broken. I felt like I had fallen into a deep dark hole - that I’d never find my way out of. I have rebuilt my life over the last year after reaching out to my loved ones and saying 'I'm not ok". I can proudly say that I am now the happiest I have ever been.
When I saw #DemiLovato Incredbile GRAMMYs performance of this song (which she wrote 4 days prior to her drug overdose) I just had to record a version of my own. I felt every part of this song, it spoke to me. It’s ok not the be ok.
Probably the most challenging vocal performance of my career to date. I hope you enjoy my arrangement of #Anyone

Demi's version had me in tears but this got me balling 😭 cause at this moment my family isn't listening my Mom has dementia and she's abusive with her words I'm at a point where I dislike her and no one is caring cause she plays that victim card for the last month i been going through hell and I'm fucking done being abused by some 86 year old abuser I'm fucking done
I feel ya...my mom just died in May after 6 years of alzheimers and dementia. Hang in there, she loves you and doesn't mean it. Honest
