Ingredients
6 slices of tinned Pineapple
6 Cherries
235g Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Liquid Glucose or Corn Syrup
60g Water
245g All Purpose Flour
200g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanila essence
1 tsp Pineapple essence
74g Buttermilk
65g Pineapple Juice
Tin Size- 9 inch round tin
Method- As shown in video
Shelf Life -Consume it within 4 days of making it .
