Quilling is not a "lost art"-there is a very large number of artists that have continued this art form for years. I am planning on teaching/learning it myself & I had just received my first supplies the day before I came across this channel. Now I can't stop watching this artist and others from creating their amazing works. I need to stop living vicariously through others & start creating my own works...but it's so satisfying just watching these come together.

You have got to be kidding me on the first project where you made this HUGE snowflake like wreath type!! How did you ever get to save all those empty rolls aside when its time to recycle them by doing them in crafts for doing them and to give it away as a gift for anyone in the family and/or selling them somewhere?
Fast forwarding some of the repetitions would have made watching a bit easier. Got a bit boring in places, luckily one could fast forward, so all is well that ends well.
