Brilliant video Pete, been a while since there was that much action at Sheffield i bet. I see all 4 locos have had their nameplates removed, i hope this is only a temporary thing regarding the 37/4's. Thanks for sharing mate, Colin.
Many Thanks Colin. Your definitely right about it been a while mate. Miss the hustle and bustle of Sheffield. Peak paradise...... I no the 73 name plates were took of and are going to be sold of. Unsure about the 37's. Hoping that they get new ones on at there new home. Glad you enjoyed it mate. Keep safe
nice one pete great video loved the tractors sounded great on that convoynice to see that 93 has been dropped off somwere o thought it was stuckbetwwen those 2 break vans might see it pulling somthing next 🤣 😂well done matey, top man 👌👍
An interesting catch point at the North end of Sheffield station on the none platform track? Made from a heritage formation looks like it can derail on either side of the track going north. I am assuming only the right side is active and the left side is pinned or clamped.(but I may be wrong).
Sheffield was a hive of good working today when it comes to the great class 37 Pete. I see the class 73 move started with the 37s TnT but due to 56301 failing by Water Orton they got diverted. I wasnt able to film F all.
I noticed that it had changed about as I'd seen pic's of it from earlier. I wondered why they had been changed around. Mass shame you didn't manage to get them. 😢 I was going to get the return with the 20's but had to get back. Hope your well mate. Keep safe
@@donnypete and there isn’t enough work to go around either. Too many operators fighting over scraps, and scrap value through the floor, so old and redundant stock is not being cut up

Apart from the sound, a good looking loco. Good bit of filming. Thanks
Some good captures there. 37901 & 401 & 402 with network class 73s. Another look at 93001. Thanks Pete.
Thanks Tom. It was worth the wait mate

Yes it is a bit different that catch point. There's one North end of Doncaster Station too.
can't wait for the 93s to enter service
Yeah it will be good , but unsure when

Engines without nameplates !
wow the gbrf at start got loads of sail boat fuel on ot lol
Lol , it's the future 🤣
37901 sounds more like a 37 than a 60 (same engine family).
We have so much redundant rolling stock it is getting silly, brand new locos being mothballed.
It's all political red tape everywhere. And expense.
