Finally released!
This gig was one of the last gigs of the ephemeral noise rock band Rapeman. This tape simultaneously shows both their refined musicanship and angsty energy they had on stage. It is most likely the clearest live recording of theirs apart from Budd EP.

Saw you in Cincinnati (well, Northern Kentucky, where Cincy hid its punk clubs) on this tour, at a biker bar called the Top Hat. It was inspiring, definitely resonated throughout my own musical pursuits over the years. I also resembled Steve at the time. You're one of my all time fave drummers!

They drop the R and they become one of the absolute great bands and Jesus Lizard doesn’t exist..
But they become Albini’s biggest regret because they had so much great music in them. The regret for the bands name came later.
