My name is Zahi Shaked
In 2000 I became a registered liscenced tourist guide.
My dedication in life is to pass on the ancient history of the Holy Land.
Following upon many years of travel around the world, which was highlighted by a very exciting emotional and soul-searching meeting with the Dalai Lama, I realized that I had a mission. To pass on the the history of the Holy Land, its religions, and in particular, the birth and development of Christianity.
In order to fulfill this "calling" in the best way possible, I studied in depth, visited, and personally experienced each and every important site of the ancient Christians. I studied for and received my first bachelors degree in the ancient history of the Holy Land, and am presently completing my studies for my second degree.(Masters)
Parralel to my studies, and in order to earn a living, I was employed for many years in advertising. What I learned there was how to attract the publics attention, generate and, increase interest, and assimilate information. All this I use as tools to describe, explain and deepen the interest in the sites that we visit. From my experience, I have learned that in this way, the Holy Land becomes more than just history, and that the large stones that we see scattered about in dissaray, join together one by one until they become - a Byzantine Church. This also happens when I lead a group of Pilgrims in the Steps of Jesus. We climb to the peak of Mount Precipice, "glide" over the land to the Sea of Galilee, land on the water and "see" the miracle which enfolds before us. This is a many faceted experience. Not only history which you will remember and cherish, but an experience which I hope will be inplanted in your hearts and minds, and will accompany you all the days of your life.

His hands were super dirty. I work as a buser and I would get reamed if i showed the customer a hand with food on it. In general you never want to show the customer the back of your hand either but you could get away with that in most restaurants probably. Also my boss would have a heart attack if he saw me even attempt this.
My late grandparents once told me when I was a kid. Do not and never ever waste food that GOD has blessed you with. Show gratitude and humbleness by finishing the food that you had. Because not everyone is lucky to have 3 basic meals everyday.

Obviosly the one who paid him doesn't have a problem with that, the costumers doesn't have a problem with that, so i don't see the problem !!! If you get depressed by this kind of staff, than you should go in a 6 star restaurant where you will be served by 3 waiters per table and pay 200 € meal per person , so your mood will be on a level !!!

It's difficult to pre-buss a table when all the plates are still full. You don't know whic plates they're done with and interrupting people often when they're dining is not a good idea

I worked as a waitress for 3 years and I can tell you this is wrong in so many ways. You are not allow to empty the whole table if you still have people at the table. Never place the plates you are collecting on the table. Never take away a plate without asking and don't bend over customer to collect a plate. Don't get on their way nor too close. You want to avoid leftovers falling on the customer

as a hotellier(F&B sector) and worked in 5star status hotels..i can confirm this will not happen in our daily never ever..there is few step to collect the plate proper way,effiency,without broke your finger broke your employer plate etc..anyway i respect the hard work this dude show up..

My manager will never allow this. I dont work at a 5star restaurant nor a hotel. I work at a pub,but my manager always told us never to put the plates you're taking away on the customer's table. Hold them on your hand and arm and place things on thete,but never on the table. It's rude and very unprofessional looking 😕im from Hong Kong
