As far as a movie is concerned. The Terminator is about as close to a perfect movie as you can get!
Imagine this:
You are a playing a first person horror/action game where in one of the levels the building's electricity is out. You must find your way to the outside as a terminator looks for you. It cannot be killed in the early stages of the game but you can outrun it temporarily. Its true metal skeleton is revealed little by little as the game progresses and it's horrible to look at. Basically The Terminator's version of Alien: Isolation with this music. Oh, there are different endings so make decisions wisely!

And if you get injured, (say shot in the arm) either you can’t use that limb or you can, but it’s not as effective and you can’t give as much damage. You have to find creative ways to injure the Terminator whenever you come in contact with him
Mr. X in the Resident Evil 2 remake is very similar to what you're describing. But he's only around for about half the game.

I didn't like the movie as much as I thought when I first viewed it years ago but upon subsequent watches I was completely enamored by it. I'd watch the whole movie every day I could. A shame it's no longer free to watch.
Brad Feidel is a synthesizer genius. Harold Faltermeyer is another one, but Brad's work is super unique I feel he deserves more recognition than what he has.

This movie was meant to be a horror movie with some sci-fi/action movie elements, which explains why the music sounds kind of creepy. T-2 and beyond were meant to be sci-fi/action movies.

I know I might sound crazy, but I actually would love an extended version just of the "I'll Be Back"/Police Station Massacre music without the whole set-up to the Police Station Escape/Kyle Reese's Theme part. I haven't been able to find it yet, and that music is actually perfectly terrifying for The Terminator. Am I just weird or does anybody else out there agree with me?

It is similar to the part at 4:08 but is an original track by Dubmood, variously known as Richard, or Richard Theme (Hotline Miami 2 OST), or Main Theme (Richard Theme) from their Force de Frappe album. Hope this scratches that itch - it did for me.

I had this soundtrack on repeat as I was clearing out Nuka World of all its Raiders in Fallout 4. Its an excellent one man rampage backing track.

James Cameron is a film making God, he got me obsessed with the first 2 movies. Then he made titanic and I was amazed with that movie two. What I love about his film making style is that for example the Terminator can be looked at as a love movie, action movie, horror movie and a suspense thriller. Titanic was a masterpiece in that it told a great story of tradegdy and love you felt sorry for what happened to the people who died on the ship. James Cameron continues to do great with the avatar movies.

Ppl said there is a deleted scene when Kyle and Sarah are about to flee the police station and they come across LT. Traxler (lying shot on the floor) when the lt. Gave Kyle his revolver making it seem that he believed Kyle in the end.

I remember seeing this when I was about 5 years old. When he got out of the car with the assault rifle and shotgun and the music amp'd up, I was like "OH, SNAP!" in 5 year old speak.

The Terminator is the best movie of the series, 2 is pretty great although they made it into movie about a kid with a pet robot. This movie just really does it for me, Cold, calculated, No mercy. a killing machine on the loose
The fact that this doesn't have millions of views shows how much many people don't appreciate sound design. I would've loved to be one of the people working behind this music.

I remembered when my friend was taken hostage by a group of 18+ people on Rust, I remember placing c4 on their wooden door, It blew up. I entered the building to see two men in front of me, I gunned them down with my M249, I moved to a airlock and placed c4, Blew it open. I went inside to see 1 man along side crates, I shot him before he could do anything, I left that room and started to walk down the hallway. Three guys came out a airlock they shot 2 of them hit me, I turned and gunned them down. I quickly Healed my self back up, I went on Blowing down doors, I found 7 men laying down(Offline) I gunned them down. I then reached the last room, To what i have heard in the server the room was a massive storage/prison, I knew that the rest of the men were going to be inside along with my friend. I reloaded my M249, Full clip. I placed C4, I healed up, I got some grenades ready. I blew the door wide open, I quickly threw a M1 grenade in their and waited for it to blow up, When it did I walked in Firing away at the 8 people inside, While I was fighting I saw my friend who was knocked down, I then Ran out of ammo in my Clip for the M249, I pulled out my LR, Full clip along with 5 full clips in my inv. I came out of my Cover and Started shoot the last remaining Men.

Man, I love 'The Terminator' and James Cameron, since I find some of his work to be inspirational (/influential).
That ‘clink’ at 1:15 and for the rest of the music sounds like convicts laying down railroad tracks and hammering in the spikes. Humans in chains.
It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity or remorse or fear. And it absolutely will not stop EVER......until you are dead!!!!
This version of this music is different from what is used in the film. The synth loop at the end is almost solo without the beats and strings, that is what creates the tension in the scene.
Yeah the synth at the "escape" also has the Terminator theme overlaid on it. That definitely isn't in the film.

Well, Termintator Resistance added some Fiedel themes (like Future Flashback) in the Annihilation Line DLC. Felt absolutely GREAT.

I gotta tell you, people warned me about joining the LAPD, but it's been pretty good actually. Some tweaked out methheads and drunks come in, but hey, they're not that hard to deal with. 4:03 this is not what is used in the movie. In a Brad Fiedel interview, he said James Cameron took all those beats and the hero melody out and just wanted that driving synth underlay played because it made the scene more creepy and no feeling of safety. To this day, I can't find this track anywhere as it appears in the movie.
When this CD was released, Brad obviously got his way and released it in full, but the movie version is so much better.
i believe if you watch this scene in the film, there is an extra drawn out synth section when Sarah is under the desk locked in the office. At least i think so, not 100% sure

Terminator Season for CoD: Cold War with Terminator 1 and 2 skins and weapons, dude... Imagine Sarah Connor, T-101, and Reese characters! Plenty of possible maps! Observatory Avenue, Tech Noir, Police Station, Tiki Motel, and large scale maps, Cyberdyne and Galleria... Which could see indoor and outdoor gunfights, on multiple floors of the building... LA Police, SWAT skins, UZI 9mm, fully auto AR-18, M82a Valmet Assault rifle, the AMT Hardballer (.45 longslide with laser sighting.), Model 15 S&W .38 Special, Beretta M9, Winchester Model 1887. There's a few more things I haven't mentioned, but, I think this would really make the game amazing. There are a lot of possibilities.
