I knew as soon as he told that scenerio he was lying. That's exactly what my sister's bf did to me when i was 15. I was awake but it was dark in the livingroom, clinging to my covers while pretending to be asleep...when he kept pulling the covers down i said "if you don't stop im going to stab you" i carried a pocket knife all the time, he knew that. Luckily he stopped because my knife was out of reach...i told my sister and my mom and neither believed me. To this day my sister still doesnt.

My sister and i aren't close for other reasons than this...but it definitely broke my trust in her and that remains to this day. They never married but he is the father to my niece. Last time i saw him was at her 7th bday. I walked over to him and casually said " hey wayne how are you, pull any covers down lately?" His face turned snow white and he quickly moved away from me. Avoided me the entire time until he left. My sister caught it and later asked me what was going on. I told her i reminded him that i never forgot what he did on our couch that night. And then i left. Im 51 now ...i think my sister either still doesn't believe me or carries guilt because she didn't idk..i don't care..our relationship has always been strained so im good without having that closeness sisters should have.
