Bagi sebagian orang bau rokok sangat mengganggu, apalagi pada layanan luxury seperti ini sangatlah disayangkan. Semoga insiden ini tidak menjadikan generalisasi opini bahwa masyarakat Indonesia adalah perokok dan merokok di manapun.
Harusnya para kru bus tahu diri...tahu waktu...kapan merokok dan kapan bertugas...
This Pandawa 87 crew is the only bus 🚌 crew in Indonesia 🇮🇩 that we have experienced this unprofessional behavior. It’s unfortunate because the bus 🚎 was good quality. But because the crew was not professional, we will not purchase Pandawa 87 seats 💺 again. Damri and Juragan 99 are much better services.

It’s a different world than it was 20 years ago when everyone smoked. What was just a daily smell is now horrible especially in a newer vehicle or home.
Absolutely! That smell immediately gives us headaches and really destroys a pleasant travel day.

It certainly would have been better if the driver and staff were not smoking 🚬 cigarettes inside the bus! 🚌
