If you use Microsoft Outlook as your email client and want to receive emails on your mobile phone, then this video is for you. i will show you step by step on download and install outlook for Google play store and then configure outlook on your phone to receive and sent emails from that device.

What is the difference between this method and normally logging into the outlook account on mobile?
You mean looking in through a browser? This is an app. Choose which way suits you I suppose and use it

Just wondering how safe Android is these days, I'm not aware of how prone to malware attacks these phones are. I would hold back on running my hotmail/outlook a/c on my Moto G9 mainly because I run a lot of ebay sales on that a/c right now. However I do have another hotmail a/c that I don't use much - I will try running it as my mobile email using this info. I've always been put off using Outlook as it was in it's previous incarnations because of the confusion over getting the server access parameters set up.

Brian I have no idea of what my IMAP password is or how the find it out and I got lost when you typed in the other password. It seems to me that it is so complicated.
It should be the same as your login password.
@@paulwarner5395 Yes Paul I reinstalled the email app and logged in as you say so all is fixed now I don't know what was wrong the first time I tried but all good now😀
There are programs that could tell you what your password is

I am sitting with problem with an hp printer where the first page prints but from the second one it keeps getting stucked in the printing qeue can you maybe please give advice i tried to get an email of yours but i could not get one. So the printers drivers is up to date and all the previous old printers was removed out of printers and scanners windows 10. The printer is an hp deskjet ink advantage 4645

I see so many issues where some of the people installing the outlook app on there phone, but their emails are not syncing with their computer account. I skipped all of that and just added the same webpage logon as I have on my pc. No issues at all. Whatever I see on my PC is the exact info I see on my cel phone. Maybe there are some that don't have any issues so thanks for the video.
I am sitting here in Turkey. I'm receiving all of my emails with no problems whatsoever using this app. In fact, I've never had an issue receiving or syncing emails with this app. But that's not to say that other people haven't had any issues

I use Gmail app not Microsoft Outlook app
Some people like Gmail used outlook for many years and prefer that email client over Gmail each to their own I guess
On cell phones, you always use IMAP never POP, trust me I've done it

Most still do. Microsoft 365 even has a POP3 feature.
POP3 is still available, but whether you should use it is another thing
They may offer POP3, but they might not recommend you use it
