Hi, Nice video with indepth explanation. I would like to know if the AC source(gen/utility) must be 3 phase input or the device can convert single phase AC to 3 phase as most rural areas are limited to single phase utility.Thanks

@@innocentlesole5878 It might be about the voltage, pump/controllers have minimum starting voltages or we may need to know the exact problem. Does it mean the pump doesn't start at all even if there is sufficient sunlight before you press the increasing button(in most cases, the increasing button increase speed if the controller is running)
My surface water pump 2hp ac 220v doesn't start at all and burn with Frecon vfd 4kw if there is sufficient sunlight and i don't why this happened ?and get err29 over current from Frecon drive but submersible pump stop and when sun shine start work.

The controller has an overload protection feature so it can be connected before the controller
What is the problems when the sunlight goes off and frequency goes down and fails to go up again
There will be some fault when the frequency fails to go up
