My dad bought a brand new 1977 scout. It was hunter green. He had it until he passed in 2001. It was very well kept, we sold it and the person said he was going to do some things to it and would send us some pics. But never heard back from him. Lots of memories in that scout. Our had bucket sets with a console and no carpet, rubber floors. You’ve got me hooked I’m going to watch all the episodes to see how it turns out.👍
I was able to just use a ratchet, if the seat mounts were more crushed it would have been hell. Are your seat mounts bent? You might have to straighten them
@@roussmotorco yeah pretty much to the point where I can't even really get access to them. the seats are pretty rough so I'm not completely opposed to just cutting them out. is it worth just taking a "L" and getting new seats/mounts?

hey how did you remove your seats? I am having an absolute hell of a time getting under the seats/access to the bolts. any help is appreciated :)
