Watched your video three times! Stupid me, I was putting the tome in my inventory and my main pawn’s inventory. You need to use the tomb to activate it.
So what do they actually sell?
If i have a bunch of apples, i will get more money for them in different zones... Like areas that dont have apples at all will buy them for 350 gold, while areas that do have apples will sell for 35 gold at most..
Will they prioritize stuff like this randomly when we run around? Will they sell important loot at random? Or can i just run over into a new zone and sit at a bonfire and decide what i am gonna sell to them?
Does it have to be one of the traveling merchants?

You need to be heavy weight I think. Also you can't select what to sell so transfer anything you don't want sold to your pawn.

What duospear is that at the end, and how do you get it?
That's the Lindworm Fang, which can be bought from the Wyrmslife Crystal merchant. That character's stock gets upgraded when you reach the postgame, and it remains upgraded forever, even into ng+. Most of the best in class weapons are also available from the same merchant.
Some random NPC I met on the road gave me this,he was not even a merchant,
It was rewarded to me for escorting him to his destination,
I met him not too far from Harve, he just wanted to go to Harve, a couple of days later he was waiting at my house ,then gave it to me for helping g him.
So anyone not wanting to give flowers or gifts, accept all the random escort missions you come across, you never know if they will reward you with a rarity.
Can they sale armor and weapons for you?
Can you do this multiple times to different vendors to get mutiple copies if the specialization?
I haven't tried it so if you want to give it a go, let me know if it works!
What cloak is that cloak called and i dont see the give gift option....
Can you forge these tomes?
Just getting their affinity high enough will get you the tome, no need for gifting anything... You can just purchase from the same vendor regularly and they will give you the tome before long.

I did the same thing and I still haven't gotten anything.
Somethings wrong with all these tome quests.
After giving her the flowers she is no longer in melve. Cant find her anymore, but history says she is in melve. Rested 2 days and she is gone anyways.
Also malcolm quest is bugged. No forager, from nobody in the slums. Whats wrong here?

Check the morgue, she may have died from an attack. Remember the NPC’s move around the the world whether you are there or not.
Mia will go to Vernworth sometimes and hangs out near the ox carts that go back to Melve.
So I got my pawn the Wordsmith specialty. If I use the Hawker scroll I loose the Wordsmith forever?
Yes, only one tome can be used at the time, but i rather recommend you use Chirurgeon so your pawn can heal you and use curative on you when you need it and you can pass all potions for your pawn to keep, very useful
@@timmitran1131 kinda redundant tho if your pawn is a mage.
@@timmitran1131 I was using Chirurgeon and over wrote it for the Wordsmith sadly.
@@timmitran1131 Chirugeon is useless. 1. The game pauses whenever you need to heal and it's instant so you can do it yourself anyway. 2. It's redundant if you have a mage in your party. 3. It makes a pawn that'll otherwise keep doing DPS stop dpsing to heal your minor injuries, it's very bad.
@@largekoi i know, but my pawn is archer and this totem is super good for it cause archer always stand far away and my arisen is socerer so it’s good for me, not recommend for melee pawn 😅

So far I have given her 15 bouquet of flowers per day and she has not given me anything.

same. Mia is not in my NPC history at all. And I have been to Melve a lot and I always talk to every merchant I see. Wonder how old the video is, maybe she no longer exists? lol Although I havent checked Harve, maybe she moved with the town folk. UPDATE: i can confirm she is in Harve
You can gift any merchant AFAIK. I gift a random elf for the woodland wordsmith specialization.
Does the race difference effect prices? Like beastrian and apple prices ?
@@wickeddrac7489 if you're human, the inn in batbatthal will charge you 9999 gold. Free if beastren. There are some areas too that NPCs will aggro you if you are human. You can trick them by wearing the beastren mask.
Dunno if any shops are like that though. Haven't checked.

Materials only but yes, anything you want to keep transfer to another pawn as they only sell from your inventory and only if you ask them to.
Drops all weapons and armor, pawn starts selling ur quest items, lol
