Ya know I think I had two rc cars and I'm getting them mixed together. I believe the first one I found was the RC 10, then a bit later I found a 4wd slightly newer buggy that worked and also had some spares. The newer one blew a drive sprocket but I'm pretty sure the RC 10 still works but I haven't done anything but sit them on the shelf and take them with me when I moved. Been at least 10 years since I used them other than look at them occasionally when I'm out poking through my storage. Now I need to find the other one and see what it is too. The 10 was a bit easier to remember because I got it with its original box and probably has the manual and everything. I didn't pop the box open but it's heavy so it's in there. I think the other one is in that carrier box with some model cars in boxes and parts as I was stashing stuff wherever they would fit when I moved. Fun trying to remember all the toys I have stashed around after all these years.

This thing definitely looks great! Looks much better than the a959! I bought an a959, ur they are descent, not the best. Not the best off-road, and dirt and rocks always get stuck in the gears compared to other buggy’s and trucks. Awesome video
I wonder if they geared it differently because of the size? I threw the A959's motor into my Bandit just to see how it would run in a tenth scale buggy. Totally Different cars... there's nothing to compare with the a9*9s...🤷♂️ It's such a Beautiful car, it reminds me the vintage latest 80s IFMAR cars; very well equipped, namely on the shocks; I'm just not a fan of aluminum chassis... they tend to bend but it's like you said, "very easy to control", and even more if you compare to the 1/18 scale that, are almost untamable...😅 I Love that car but I like "to fight" with my cars... I've a a979b and it's always a (good) stress to keep it straight 😎😍😍😎
Yeah, not really comparable.... but being both WLtoys and not much difference in price, it certainly will take some sales off the A959-B. As for metal chassis' bending..... not on something like this. And even on something big and heavy...they only bend if you don't respect the laws of gravity haha
@@TomleyRC that's the problem... the good problem... I don't respect them...😅😅😅 Some times I think I should have bought a plain...🤔 Alot of times between 8 and 12 feet in the air...😬😬😬 Skate parks (or as I call them "RCs shredder machines) tend to try me alot... my car is stock (only the shocks filled with auto grease - Awesome solution I found for that) and after some bashing sessions... well, the wheel on the opposite site of the heavy 540 cracked...😅😭 Stoped at the moment 🤷♂️😉
"All Alloy" SHockies doesnt mean much at all, in fact MOST my experience has been that the Alloy Shocks seem to leak more often than Plastic & if you look at some decent models like a Lot of Traxxas RC's they use "Plastic" Shocks & the Standard Traxxas Shockies are my fav by far! They have the nicest feel & drastically improve handling if u put them on a cheap RC that already had Alloy shocks.

Hi mate, that looks so much nicer then the 959 doesn't it..
Yeah looks really good. I may have to get the Red one as well!
Tomley RC Garage yeah why not mate.. 👍
How’s the max speed runs going you had more entries yet.? I’m looking forward to seeing my name up there, once I see the scores and see what’s up, I’m going to enter another truck..
Happy rcing bud..
What's the part number for extra battery packs so I can get some extras
Totally Different cars... there's nothing to compare with the a9*9s...🤷♂️
It's such a Beautiful car, it reminds me the vintage latest 80s IFMAR cars; very well equipped, namely on the shocks; I'm just not a fan of aluminum chassis... they tend to bend but it's like you said, "very easy to control", and even more if you compare to the 1/18 scale that, are almost untamable...😅
I Love that car but I like "to fight" with my cars...
I don't respect them...😅😅😅
Some times I think I should have bought a plain...🤔 Alot of times between 8 and 12 feet in the air...😬😬😬
Skate parks (or as I call them "RCs shredder machines) tend to try me alot... my car is stock (only the shocks filled with auto grease - Awesome solution I found for that) and after some bashing sessions... well, the wheel on the opposite site of the heavy 540 cracked...😅😭
Stoped at the moment 🤷♂️😉
How much run time did you get out of the battery?
I didn't really time it... but over 10mins I'd say
All metal upgrades already!,,
I wish they kept the 540 from the a959b and just put it into this buggy.
Hi wot size is the wheel hex? Thanks
12mm
I got mine on Monday, but the next day it kept cutting out and not working, how do I fix it?
On my Christmas list.
Well worth it! 🎅
Looks kinda like the Tacon branded buggys
Yes, it does 👍
Tacon andnwltoys now get thwir stuff from lc racing. Lc is the main developer and there stuff is killer. Guess they needed the branch out.
Josh Ram this is similar to Losi mini 8ight as well
@@dutchbeef8920 yes in a way. They are the competition. But both have their pros and cons.
144001 name sure sticks.......
Haha
"All Alloy" SHockies doesnt mean much at all, in fact MOST my experience has been that the Alloy Shocks seem to leak more often than Plastic & if you look at some decent models like a Lot of Traxxas RC's they use "Plastic" Shocks & the Standard Traxxas Shockies are my fav by far! They have the nicest feel & drastically improve handling if u put them on a cheap RC that already had Alloy shocks.
The shocks on this look so much better than the shocks on wltoys A9XX series
my hole gearing system broke which broke my motor mounts and motor, bending my frame, bending screws, breaking plastic. had to sell it🥺😢😢😦
