It’s easy to say that these bones of giants should be on display everywhere but when you consider the implications you’ll understand. Namely we’ve been lied to about a lot in fact most everything has been very carefully orchestrated to achieve the matrix we’re living in. Before the Younger Dryas event, North America flourished with megaflora and megafauna; so it makes complete sense that megahumans existed too. Perhaps there was more oxygen in the atmosphere or year-round temperate climate.

The mound builder migrated from Mexico / Yucatan peninsula.

I was telling a friend we are never the farthest civilizations! Giants grow into Giants, they are not born bigger and requiring a C section. They're regular sized like every other regular looking baby. It's their ability to keep on growing that makes them different to us.
It's talking about giants as another race that we are just genetically part of due to them mating with human women. Today, that gene is a mutation, but for Full-blooded giants, it was normal and the fetus of a giant would grow significantly larger in the womb than a human would. The offspring of a giant with a regular human woman would likely have its giant father's genes and therefore grow at a rate more akin to fetuses of a giant. If a human woman were to gestate the giant baby of a giant, it would have to be removed BEFORE the 9 months is over. We see this happen to day in the rare cases of babies who are born exceptionally large; whether from gestational diabetes or simple genetics. In these cases, the babies are delivered a month or two early and at that stage they are already 8 or 9 pounds and 25+ inches long - which normally does not happen for a month or two with normal human babies. There was a particular case of a black woman (I can't remember if she was in Africa or the US) who did not have gestational diabetes but she had a track record of all her other children being born exceptionally large. The birth of one of her sons was covered on some show over a decade ago, and they delivered him 1 month early - and the boy was 36 inches long, 13 pounds, and had already started teething.
Yes, the human female abdomen can stretch exceptionally large, but the hips are only so large and can only spread so far. A baby with a head LARGER than the pelvic cavity could NOT be born conventionally, it would HAVE to be removed via Cesarean section.
So to your statement, a normal human with a mutated growth hormone would be born normally and not require a C-Section. But someone with genes of an actual giant, that baby would develop too large at a much faster rate than normal human babies and thus could not be born vaginally.

I have heard that about the native Americans before, too. The theories were diet and I think something about them being hunter-gatherers; some BS about them needing to reach high to get food. There is definitely a dominant genes from Native Americans that lingers today in descendants, no matter how little we look like our ancestors. My family has at least Apache in us (like, just 3 generations back) and I, too, am small (5'5", but I'm a woman), and all the known women in my family are about my height, the men are all 5'11" or 6'. Then out of nowhere, both of my brothers (both younger than me) shot up to 6'6", my half-sister (from my dad; so these giant genes are in his blood, but it skipped him; sadly he was adopted at birth so we don't know his genealogy; her mom was shorter than me) who is 16 years younger than me is 5'10", and then my own daughter is 5'7" and is only 13 - not even done growing yet. None of them have any gene "mutations", so it's a NATURAL dormant gene that skipped everyone else but them. Anomalies like unexplained height with no genetic abnormalities seems to me like it could only mean the ~right~ combination of genes is capable of unlocking such height from the DNA. Maybe that's wishful thinking on my part, but it could explain part of the reason pureblood family trees were SO sought after in royal families across the world.

Anyone interested in how a Woman + a Nephilim=A Giant, should just research Ligers. It's a cross breed of a Lion and a Tiger. In this case I think that it was when a female Tiger is crossed with a male Lion the offspring become Literal Giants. Much bigger than even their fathers can possibly grow.
