Kumaa blimey ngavi, maganu zou kosivatan diti do mamason kotobian tadau tagazo do kaamatan! Eating raw butod is okay since they only eat "sagu". It would have been a better experience if u guys eat it after it was cook and add a little bit of spice/lime. I hope u guys have a chance to try hinava, bambangan and other sabah exotic food. As a kadazan, im proud u guys took the challenge to eat it raw since it is not easy to do it the 1st time.
i never eat octopus tentacle in that manner, but i see that octopus tentacle can be eaten withn a small portion, look fragile whre it feels like it cant do anything to u, i guess in a way it make it easier to eat. But butod u need to hold it firmly to eat, the head look like its gonna eat u alive inside out and its big as normal human thumb, not to mention u need to chew it harder than the octopus. so i guess the 1st impression make butod hard to eat.

the eating experience is quite close to eating tentacles of raw octopus (Sannakji) at Seoul's Noryanjin Fish Market. Wriggling inside?
