Always edit in capcut first without any text or shakes. Then import it to alight motion and add the shakes and texts there. I recommend looking up shake packs and text packs if u don't know how to make them yourself, then export your video from there.

Boros has conquered galaxies for hundreds of years and gear 5 luffy's best feats put him at planetary. And monster 3 garou is way stronger than boros' final form, plus garou was able to survive against saitama and punch him a bit though he still got destroyed in the end. However it would just take one lunch from saitama to end luffy

And though saitama was barely using his power, he was already strong enough to destroy a planet with little to no effort, and could even destroy the sun, and garou could tank that, so it would be no difficulty if he were to face someone who actually was planetary. It doesn't specifically show how strong monster garou 3 is but it does show how strong saitama was before he started trying. So garou would give luffy and kaido a run for their money combined. And even if luffy were to somehow win it would be very difficult, plus luffy doesn't even realize his powers yet, and garou could take out luffy before he can do that
