[Now, it has copyright problem by SME. I disputed, but they rejected it. And, I appealed. I am waiting for their response. Because of copyright problem, this video is not well exposed. Are there any methods to solve this problem?]
Hi, everyone! To play slow pieces, I was considering one piece in Prelude Op.28. In last video, my subscriber wanted me to play No.4. So, I decided to play Prelude Op.28 No.4. When I played it, this piece really made me feel lonely. With Chopin’s request, the piece was played at his funeral. I hope that you guys feel the value of this piece. Have a good day! Thank you!
Hey Kassia
Me encanta tocar el piano
◕‿‿◕。)づ🎹🎶♡tienes un gran talento
Hey just a request, could you play Beethoven Sonata op 31 no 1, the first movement? It's a less common sonata, and I would love to hear your interpretation of it!
Hey kassia! Just a request of mine, can u play chopins etude op 25 no 6?
Hey, sorry for asking, but could you play either "The heart asks pleasure first" from Michael Nyman or the Chopin prelude Op. 28 n22 in G minor?
Finally something by Chopin I can actually play
You can play it.:) Thank you!💕
Wecoc1 His prelude in a major is easier
@@Xyriak yes, I can actually play that prelude, it is easy and beautiful
satisfied man and you can’t do anything in life
Ludwig Galaxy
Yeah but to get perfect crescendo and piano is pretty hard for beginners
This piece to me is the manifestation of sadness. It’s so melancholic. Great playing as always Kassia.
Thank you, Ro.:) This piece sounds so sad.. Thank you for your comments!💕
Ro Choa Feels like the melody is crying tbh
@@Ace-dv5ce it does really sound like the melody is crying, it almost sounds human in some ways
@@manuelbes Exactly!
he wrote it for his funeral, but it wasn't played.
This is actually the first thing I ever learned for piano. I always loved to show it off when we had guests but now that I haven’t played it for a while I kind of forgot it. Might pick it up again.
Me too, the first classical piece . This piece touches me in a very unique way
Screw that Fantaise Impromptu all the way baby
Hi, Lucias.:) Prelude is like a jewel in Chopin's pieces. Someday, I want to hear that you play this piece in your channel. Thank you!!💕
Though I really need to teach myself this prelude it's very touching
Same, it's very simple
The way the whole tension Chopin builds in this piece resolves in that final Em is absolutely amazing. Brings me so much peace every single time.
I love the speed you played this prelude at! I feel that other’s interpretations are either too fast or too slow.
Thank you for your kind comments, Solidify!💕
i agree and it bugs me
Masterpiece.
Play Chopin's Grande Valse Brilliante next please.
Thank you. I will consider it.:)💕
And you did it wow
It is technically easy to play, but not easy to play with great emotion and feeling. Well done!
I can clearly hear the difference between the two best piano youtubers, Rosseau and Kassia
Your phrasing on this piece is really nice. Thank you for bringing out those voices in the middle portion, and being gentle where needed.
The way that B octave hits... 🤯
Thanks for the upload!
This was my first Chopin piece I ever learned. I'm so proud of myself 😭
Amazing playing by you Kassia, keep it up! 😁
I LOVE how this piece ends! It makes me feel empty and lonely as well. You played it beautifully!
Your videos always make me feel better!💕 You play this piece perfectly! Very sad but very beautiful
Hi, Stephen.:) Thank you for your comment! I am happy that you are practicing Beethoven's piece. Always contact to me when you have a hard time for practicing. Good luck!💕
This is the piece that inspired me 6 months ago to buy a piano and learn how to play. I'm absolutely fascinated with it (and by classical music in general) and how there are so many different interpretations on how to play it.
I particularly liked how much expression you used in changing your tempos and dynamics when you descended into the lower octave E's.
Thank you for another wonderful interpretation :)
How does this not have over a million views? Absolutely one of the best interpretations on here
Chopin always gives me this feeling this isn't just a music its a story
I'm very emotional and sensitive after today, this made me just break down crying. Which is not a bad thing! I think I really needed that cry.
I was feeling very down today, this helped me experience my feelings more and calm down afterwards. Thank you Kassia, as always excellent and emotion-filled performances. Every Sunday I motivate myself for the upcoming week and one of the things I mention is that you’ll upload on the Monday. You help me a lot. Thank you.
Thank you, Veaznor!!:) It's really nice that my performance can help you. I hope that your feeling will get better.
Playing this piece is fairly simple , but portraying the emotions within the notes is a whole different thing. I really felt the sadness and that feeling of remembering the past . Well played !
Sometimes the simpliest melodies bring the biggest feelings and emotions, sometimes its not about showing virtuousity but touching someones feelings in ways never before done, and Such composers as Beethoven, Chopin, Bach, do it the best... I would ask you if you would/could maybe play Brahms/Bach - Chaconne for the left hand ( if you want/can of course, I don't like putting pressure.. ) but till this day for me Bach's Chaconne is the piece that hits deep into my feelings and makes me dream..
Eljo Doma i do agree with you
I love this Kassia! Sometimes I listen to Chopin's 24 Preludes and this is one of my favorite. It's a sad piece but it's very beautiful. This is one of the best interpretations of this piece. Thanks!💖
Thank you, Mico!!:)💕 Chopin's Preludes are really great pieces. I love them. Have a good day!!
Thanks
Also, have a good day!💖
A truly beautiful piece with a sombre isolation that noe other piece quite reaches. Another great pick.
Always thank you for your comment, Brazen:)💕
One of the first pieces I attempted learning before I knew how to read sheet music. Simply beautiful. Thanks for the hard work and uploads
It's great piece.:) Someday, I want to hear that you played this one in your channel. Thank you!💕
Great playing, very expressive and emotional! I’m learning this masterpiece right now, and so far I’m doing great! Keep up the great work, Kassia!
This piece is one of Chopin's masterpieces. Thank you!💕
Yes, such solitude...
Love the multiplicity of time dimensions in each vertical splice - some notes lurching into the future and others peering back over your shoulder into the past - and how you bend/shape time horizontally as well.
Hi, David!:) Thank you for your poetic comments!!:) How are you nowadays? Did you stop uploading in your channel?
@@Kassiapiano I'm well, thank you! Just busy this month with concerts. Two more next week, then I should be ready to start recording again.
By the way, I'd enjoy presenting you in concert sometime in the US, either with one of my orchestras or perhaps 2-piano. If you're interested, we can discuss offline.
Thank you for your suggestion, David. It would be a great honor to be with you. For the time being, I want to focus on my UA-cam channel. I'm having a hard time preparing video every week. I am now staying in Illinois related to family and personal work. It's not long since I am in the United States. I need time to settle down well. I hope I will have a chance to play with you or your orchestras in the future. It must really be fun. Thank you! Have a good day!
This piece is such a classic example of delayed satisfaction... it’s peaceful yet it makes u wait for that last chord that resolved everything
I love this piece! One of my favourite Chopin pieces.
Your playing is so beautifull and full of emotions.
really like this interpretation. I love when the rubato between melody in right hand and chords in left hands is subtly off. I've heard many play this piece in perfect time, and it never really gives it the right emotional touch. I imagine someone tumbling down further and further as the melody crashes deeper into the chords.
So calm and peaceful I love it
I love this piece, too. Thank you!💕
Sad, not too fast, smooth. Perfect
Thank you for your complement.:)💕
great as always! Cant wait next year for more of you!!
Thank you, sebastian.:) I will play various great pieces. Please keep watching!💕
Magnificient, I also very much enjoy your little extra information!
Sir Fryderyk Chopin is the pride of Poland! The whole country is very proud of him!
Beautiful piece. Looking forward to the next one :)
The phrasing is absolutely gorgeous!
I’ve always liked this piece so much, I don’t know why, maybe because every time I listen to it, it makes me reflex about everything, and somehow relaxes me....even though it makes me feel melancholy about my life.
Great performance, I really liked it, keep it up!
For some reason this reminds me of rainfall in Moscow.
Hi, Tobias.:) Thank you for watching.💕 It's so sad piece.
@@Kassiapiano Kassia OH MY GOSH, you should learn Torrent Etude Op. 10 No. 4 for like a 150k special or something like that.
lol this isn't raindrop prelude
Lmao I believe that’s a different music channel
Loved the dynamics and emotion of your playing. Thanks Kassia : )
Once again suttle, calm and great playing and great interpretation Kassia
Well done Kassia, I can feel the emotion
Thank you for your videos, this song is a favorite. I can't believe how many subscribers your channel has already reached! I shared your channel with every one of my friends that I thought could appreciate you, saying how it was the next up and coming channel of it's kind. Its cool that your videos have ads now, though it immediately pulls me out of the emotion from this piece.
This is my favorite prelude by chopin and I like the tempo you chose for it. A little on the faster side but refreshing after hearing so many performances take this at an extremely slow tempo. The build up around measures 17 and 18 was incredible as well. Wonderful job!
I love the emotion with which you played the piece, it is such a beautiful piece and you made it sound great, keep like that!
I think we are all waiting for the video "Chopin - Ballade No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 23"
U r amazing!!!
I love your interpretation of this piece. This is by far my favorite on youtube, great video!
This is the perfect tempo actually. Thank you for sharing.
Great as usual kassia!
Thanks much, Jake.:)💕
Such a beautiful piece and performance! It is the one I asked for on Friday! Thank you very much!
Simplicity in technique yet powerful!
Thanks much for your comments.:) I am happy that you returned to my channel.
One of my favorite!! Thank you Kassia! ❤️
@@Kassiapiano What jerks had the audacity to dislike the magnificent piece played to elegantly and beautifully, you deserve a million likes on this extraordinary song.

La respuesta era para Kassia
@@juanmanuel1141 don't worry man. Greatings from Mexico.
Beautiful Performance! I can play this piece myself, but not nearly this well. I loved the dynamics and the sound of it. Very nice! Keep it up!

Chopin's songs are amazing
Thank you so much for this amazing piece.
Perfectly played
Thank you!!💕
If only he would’ve lived longer, just if only. We would have more of his music to appreciate. He was so young, he never deserved any disease. Sometimes I just sit in my bed In the middle of the night, and I just wonder what would’ve happened if he lasted longer. Why??? 😭😭😭 R.I.P Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin. You will forever live in our hearts.
Melhor prenda de anos 😍😍 kassia tocando chopin
Obrigada!💕
In this type of pieces, a single note off can ruin all the execution, but this is not the case! It was played smoothly and gave the right feeling, good job, you executed it very well!
This is a beautiful piece, I remember when my Solfege Professor made me learn it without my Piano Professor knowing anything about it, because my Piano Professor did not want me to play pieces that required a certain Musical Expression, but for me that wasn’t a problem at all! This is one of the only pieces that I can play with my heart and soul making everyone amazed; the real problem were those chords after a medium jump that you can find in the middle section (at 01:19 in this Video), they are so hard to master: making every sound clear, not missing any notes, not exaggerating with expression (I mean playing it “too Forte”)... well, sometimes the easiest pieces are the hardest ones indeed.
I've always loved this piece. Very dark and depressing. When I first started listening to Chopin I only knew his slower pieces. My mind was blown when I started listening to his faster and more technical pieces which is the style I normally prefer.
Amei!
Wow, you did it 😀
Thank you so much for playing!
I really loved it!
I’m sorry to hear about the copyright problems. I hope that this performance stays up.

i might have to learn this one day, i remember a long time ago i started and then quit because I didn’t know the true beauty and story behind it
beautiful. it evokes emotion very well. great job
I was waiting for this one, it will be my first perfomance in public, i'm very nervous about it, thanks for the video, and congrats for amazing interpretation!
Love this piece😍
really like this one, good job!
Great interpretation. You made me cry.
Aay Kassia.. Magnific ! 👏❤🔥🌟❄❤
I think that this prelude is hardest from all Chopin's preludes. Yes, it is not hard, if you talking about fluency, technic and other... but not everyone can show that accords, legato (legatissimo), and that heavy philosophical meaning...😢
very emotional playing, with all my soul I love this music
I've never been so early! Very beautiful 😍!

No problem!
