I went from trash to No Dairy/breads/sugars to Paleo to Pescatarian to Vegetarian to Depressed back to Paleo with no dairy:breads sugar and non GMO . I think it’s a pescatarian diet for me and my feminine body. I love your videos!!!❤

I added flax, hemp, chia and pumpkin seeds. Now I drink almond milk. I also eat almonds and walnuts snd sunflower seeds. I eat less meat. No sugar, now I use honey. I eat the rainbow beginning with red. Bought 1 book already. I will own my Dr. Bobby library, a little at a time.
Im doing great in my nutrition class. I want to help our young people know how to fuel their bodies.
Im doing a transition, but once I eliminate whatever it is, it is gone.
I use to eat , literally 10 lbs sugar every month.
I now eat no sugar. I use honey but not as much.
Im on my way to a healthier me.
About a month ago my right knee went out completely. I was on crutches and draging my leg, barely able to get around. I started eating ginger and turmeric red pepper and other herb teas. Soon, i was using a cane. Now i am walking with none of them. I never know when this Lupus flare will happen ,so I keep my crutches and cane close. Im working on kickstand squats to make my legs stronger and some weights. I live on skidrow in Downtown Los Angeles, so I don't want to walk very much. I should be in my apartment before the end of the month where zi have access to exercise equipment. Ive also been buying my own equipment so I can work out at home.
I bought a veggie chopper, slicer. Grater thing. So I'm doing good transition

I (M, 38) live in the west and I ate like crap my whole life and it hit me hard after my 30's, so in 2018/19 I switched to a strict keto/paleo diet and stopped eating processed carbs, it cleared up ALL of my problems (anxiety/depression, joint pain, folliculitis, alopecia areata, allergies, gastrointestinal inflammation).
In 2020 I spent 6 months in my home country (India) and ate almost 100% home grown plant-based the whole time, nothing processed and only ate meat/eggs once. I noticed I felt overall much calmer and fixed the constipation I had resulting from my meat diet (lack of fibre ofc), however almost all of the other issues came back which I had cleared with my keto/paleo diet.
I'm no expert and didn't do any proper testing, but I believe food quality matters most not necessarily food type. Some plant-based foods just don't sit right with some people. Find the balance that works for you and DEFINITELY eliminate highly processed carbs (fast foods).
Yesssss! This is a similar journey to me over a decade, although not as many symptoms. It comes down to the quality of real whole foods also - for sure. I also found that keeping the blood clean with bitter herb teas every few days helps a great deal for insulin control and blood sugar levels.

I am 72 born and raised in Europe.. l dont eat fast food don’t drink sodas but at my age l am not as active anymore. Injured my knee several years ago working out at the gym and since then hve been “handicapped” as such. The only thing is l hve arthritis in my shoulders and hands and l somehow have developed some cholesterol issues that l would like to get rid off .. l hve listened to Dr Sabi and hve tried the plant based diet but failed, however, listening to you l want to give it another try. I am also meanwhile about 40 lbs overweight and thats my main issue… l want to get rid of that weight ..

Ok. I’m struggling with this diet it’s been 2weeks and today I almost relapsed back to the animal. The only reason why I didn’t was because my husband who said he would also go along with this diet. He has yet to to eat Any vegetables. But he made me the meatloaf from your book. I have also been in gym every other day. I also trying the intermediate fasting. I’m hungry at night and I’m catching attitude.

Hi Dr Bobby , I ordered your 28 day detox and I’m now on day 4. Everything is going good. I thought the teas were going to be really really bad , but wasn’t so much. The parasite candida cleanse reminds me of Cerasee tea back in Jamaica. I’m so excited about this new health journey and can’t wait til next dr visit to compare the readings. I really enjoy your channel. I have subscribed. I tried black Salome. It is delicious. When my son was in kindergarten,many moons ago, his teacher told us to try a new fruit each week. The first fruit we tried was ugly fruit. It was delicious. Since then I have made it my business to try as many new fruit as is possible. I have very high blood sugars and I take medications for psychiatric conditions. These medications contribute to maintaining high blood sugars. How do I get right in all areas of my life through food.

Dr Price I just subscribed to your utube channel and I'm going to try to transition to a plant based diet from a meat based diet. Could you address the topic of anti nutrients in plants such as lectins and oxalates that so many say are a problem. I'm so confused about the different view points. Many people follow a carnivore diet and are healed of many serious illnesses. I haven't done well myself eating a meat based diet was seriously constipated. Started to eat some nuts and fruit and bam not constipated anymore. Anyway looking forward to learning more I just want to heal my body.

What are the things on the Dr Sebi list that you don't eat?
I’ve started the 14 day detox but could not do it after day 5 as I had to go back to work and I don’t have the kind of job where I can freely go to the bathroom. I’m eating a predominantly plant based diet right now …. I only have one day off which is when I make the teas. Will this still have a detoxifying effect if I cannot do the detox daily?
I'm trying to transition to plant based, but I am not satisfied with just plants right now. I now read everything, and all the foods contain things that are not good for us. I love salads so much of my diet is salad. I am trying homemade dressings but the meat part. Is seafood bad for us as well? I am going to do the herbal cleanse but not in vain. I want to be ready to progress from the cleanse. I want and need help. Getting ready for elimination all animal products is a daunting task.

What do you do when you can't afford it?
Hey Sheryl, you're right but trust me, listen to the video again and you will find out that meat, chicken and fish are very expensive and the alternatives are cheaper. Veggies and fruits cheaper and healthier. You can mix and match a lot of foods and use herbs and spices for tasty results.
What to do when allergic to nuts?
You need to do a video in going to someone's home and detox it ....meaning show them what to get rid of and take them to their store like walmart , kroger and ect....and tell them where to shop in that store.
Do calories matter when you eat plant-based? Most ways of eating i.e. diets seem to say we should be eating around 2000 calories. Even when I eat large salads without meat, I may get 500-600 calories. I could probably eat 2 large salads/day. Is that enough food? Wouldn't that slow down my metabolism? What about insulin spikes or should I only eat at certain times...like no apple for a snack or no clementine later in the day as another snack?

Hello Dr. Price, I was wondering if you could help me. Two months ago, I had a diabetic emergency, my blood glucose level was like 25mmil and my heart was racing, so I went to the hospital for 4 days and got stabilized. After returning home, I begin to excercise, changed my diet,and taking better care of my body and health, now my glucose level is between 4.7 to 5.6. and I feel better,but now my problem is I feel occasional pain in my lungs in the evening and sinus pressure in my head every day. I went back to the hospital, but they don't know what's going on with me. This has been going on about a month, and I'm tired of dealing with it, please help me, thanks in advance.
