@@yoannbirrien3048 yup. Because the skill power multiplier is so high you get more damage. If u see my build only has that while other people use dimension and fire and do the same damage
Great video. Kinda sad Hailey hits 15 mil plus on a move that’s not even a ult and a full built Blair ult with skill mod isn’t half that. Creators are dumb man. Balance is terrible.

My favorite descendant is Blair. Love burning enemies. Getting super close with the build but just needed the Classic Chef or Incendiary Bomb Mod.
