Do not neglect the ends of your hair...so that you don't always have to deal with split ends.

Also something I didn't mention in this video as a reminder is the need to choose the right protective styles so that you don't suffer setbacks and compromise on length that you would have gained...I have talked about this in one of my videos.

I cut my hair all the time when i have knots😵💫
What if you don't trimmed your split end at all what would happen?
There is a possibility of the splits increasing upwards, causing more damage...hence the need to properly care for your hair especially the ends that way you won't have to deal with a lot of spit ends.
Pls am low porosity, my hair itchy around 3days of washing my hair and on the 4th and 5th days I will be seeing build ups, pls what will I do to at least wear my hair for 2weeks before washing again.
Include herbal Tea rinses in your regimen...they really help and with time, it'll all be history. I have a video on "Herbal Tea Rinses for healthy hair growth"...you can watch that video for details

Not everyone will have long hair. I have come to that acceptance. My very frail and now grey hair grows in circles literally and not curls - my hair grows in circles! There is no way hair that grows into itself will get much length. When I relaxed my hair (not anymore because those perms/relaxers can cause cancer) I relaxed my hair to manage and achieve a sleek look and also less product as my skin would breakout with oils or grease. I had to recently do a big chop because my hair grew in strings. I have used 5 expensive systems, I am on the 4th week of one and all I get is thinner and thinner hair. This is my personal experience. I have never put food like banana or avocado in my hair because I am afraid of growing mold. I am 54 and my hair has only gotten thinner and thinner even with all the systems. I will add that I always suffered from acute anemia, another factor to prevent hair growth.
