Garnier India I have a question. The garnier micellar water removing waterproof mascara says oil free but you can see there is a separate layer of oil on top. If it’s oil free, what is it? I am so curious.

I found the Oil-Infused Cleansing Water is best to clean eye makeup, like eyeshadow and mascara and also lipsticks while I had better results with Garnier Micellar to clean foundations so it's nice to get both of them, they're really good. I tried NIVEA makeup remover and it was so so bad! Definitely recommend those ones

Yes, you can.
Its best to do it that way 😌. Double cleansing is a very good way to cleanse face, not compulsory but alot of people enjoy that technique.
Which one is better for regular use just to remove sunscreen
Depends on the sunscreen I think.. if your says Oil control and/or is quite thick you should use the oil infuse one for better results… is it’s a more liquid like just stick with the normal one, aside from that you just use it as a first clean method after it wash your face with a gentle face cleanser.
Garnier oil infused miceller water is good for removing sunscreen

Micellar water is a 1st step of double cleansing You should use face wash after that!
