Yeah seriously i literally used one monitor my entire life and when i upgraded my pc to all the best parts of 2023 i decided id try another monitor and like its insane that i ever was playing with my old one that long
@urnotjustin I feel like 1440p is the future of pc gaming for sure. But high refresh is just so irreplaceable, that until everyone can get 165hz+ easily on 1440p we can't switch :(
@@thehomiesrule123 yeah and recently the new pc parts like cpu’s and gpu’s barely improve 1080p gaming the frames are almost the same almost like they’ve been maxed out but on 1440p they’re improving quite quickly so it seems even manufactures of parts are making the move for higher quality and higher refresh rates
@@thehomiesrule123 yeah i think 4k will have a very hard time taking off for mainstream sales due to the fact that even the best hardware can still struggle to keep up with it FPS wise. UHD is where it’s at
i remembered having a 40-70 fps (sometimes drop to 20) and somehow i still manage to hit plat 3 (1 more win to hit diamond but reset act) and now im here with my new pc so proud of me
I play on a 2560x1440 144hz MSI 33.5inch with a GIGABYTE 2060RTX and it really depends what game im playing if I use full resolution or opt for FPS but while playing val I use a mix because I want a competitive edge when playing ranked but also dont want my skins to look like trash xD
I switched over from a 60 Hz to a 165 Hz monitor. Since then my aim has gotten sharper, and it's a really nice experience. Even though I can barely get 130 fps with this pc, It's nice.
I have an LG monitor too but mine was 60hz. I prefer FPS more than Graphic, my game is always lagging because of low FPS rate so I am playing with 1280x768 16:9 (I am not sure about the numbers but it's close like that). In a nuttshell I care FPS more than Graphic. (My FPS usually around 40 or 50).
I play on a Lenovo Idea pad 3, Intel core i3 11th gen, integrated graphics, 8 gigs of ram 2500 mhz, the laptop monitor is 60p (im not sure what the difference between 60p and 60hz is) and the game is legit not playable at high settings (obviously). When the fps is not capped I can get around 100 fps with major spikes, so i play on 60 fps capped, but even then it spikes down to 5, and sometimes gives me a consistent 60 fps when the internet isn't spiking to 5000 ping and my hardware is somehow running better than other days. I play on the lowest resolution possible, for me its 1024 x 768, and have everything at the bare minimum. I used to play on an even worse laptop with an intel core i3 7th gen, integrated graphics, and 8 gigs of ram 2300 mhz, the screen would freeze pretty much like every 2 minutes if an ability or an person from the enemy team showed up/was rendered.
So I play on a VIZIO TV with an 8 year old graphics card, I used to average 120-220 fps on maxed out settings but now its around 60-100 on low settings :3
Guys idk y but i have a LAPTOP with 1440p 165hz screen and i7 11800h and 3060 but i still get only 150 fps 😭 that too on 1080p! Whereas others with similar specs get 400+ fps easily 😭
i play valorant with 20-50 fps on the lowest graphics, i play on an acer laptop and im hoping i can get a good pc one day!! usually have to have everytthingg closed when i play valorant even discord, and i prefer fps alot more than graphics. genuinely think i can perform better with better fps
I have a 144Hz monitor but capped at 120 and my graphics card from my pc is an rtx 3080 and my processor is Intel I9 10th generation so I can have good graphics without really having to worry about fps
I play on a 1440p at 144hz monitor, with a 1070 ti graphics card. In game i keep my resolution at 1440p and get anywhere from 150-300fps on low graphics settings.
One thing to point out is there's the human factor of how perceptible these additional frames are to your eyes. Technically you will get to a point where human eyes can't tell the difference enough. All the same I argue upgrade the monitor to enjoy higher graphics if your pc and latency can run them. Don't do it for the better chance of victory, practice and self review will help with that more than any monitor ever can :)
i play on a 60hz monitor on a decent pc i get around 160fps. I'm currently diamond 3 and definitely think i could do better with better fps and a higher refresh rate monitor but i honestly not willing to spend alot of money on gaming overall.
Currently on a 60hz 1920 x 1080 27-inch HP All-In-One. Literally the worst PC you can have for gaming and average at about 60 FPS in The Range. So, I definitely prioritize FPS over graphics, I've had the PC for about 2.5 years and been playing Val about 2. Xmas 2022, I upgraded my mic and mouse to HyperX and my keyboard to an RK61 that i plan on modding sometime soon. By the end of this year, I plan on getting a new PC and i'm for sure going with the LG UltraGear for my monitor! I tend to buy things on the cheaper side so hopefully the LG works out for me. :>
I was playing in a laptop playing at 15fps and I was bronze. I changed my pc one month ago and now I’m gold. The fps changed from 15 to 200. I think that fps are as important as your aim and game sense.
so, the jump from 60 to 75/90/120 Hz is a big jump, but the higher you go, the smaller the difference you'll notice. going from 60 to 240Hz is definitely a huge jump, but 165 to 240Hz isn't very noticeable.
I dont know why, but for me upgrading from 144 to 240 was huge, of course 60 to 144 was even better, but 144 to 240 still made the game feel a lot smoother
I personally run all my shooters at 1440p 144fps at high to medium graphics, but I limit the max frames depending on the game, Siege is 156 fps, Valorant and Overwatch are 160fps and CSGO is 144fps. I am very much a frame person since every time my frames drop even by 5 frames it's extremely noticeable to me, hence why I limit my frames.
I have a 144hz aoc monitor, and my pc has 16gb ram, an rx6600, and an intel core i7 7700 cpu. I play medium graphics for the game to look good then I lower my res to 1440x900 16:10 so I can keep my frames at 170-270.
technically, you just want double the refresh rate + a bit more. that removes hitches, and lowers latency. You don't actually need like 1000 fps; i capped mine at 360 even though i can easily pump out like 400-500 with my 3080
my take on this is that fps matters way more then graphics at a certain point, as if you really go deep down you will find people like me who have bad machines and have to sacrifice their resolution to get 60 fps and in my case i average 50, thats on the lowest res on the game and its really bad as when im in big open maps like breeze and a enemy is very far away i get a really big disadvantage as their head will be like 4 pixels on my screen that i have to line up perfectly on the middle of my crosshair, but at the same time i dont wanna be playing on a slideshow yk
i play on a dell laptop.... and im greatful i even have this thing and that it can even run valorant i play on 50-30 fps after like 3 rounds(not matchs) my graphic settle at that but befor its bad. I play on the lowest graphics no matter what, the only real downside is that from far away the enemys body or head are pixels(i can literly count them) and it does make it somewhat harder to hit them
I have a 144Hz 1080p monitor (but it can go up to 1440) and i have a pc that can handle valorant on 200/300 fps on 1080p. I think that depends on the game, for example you don't actually need high graphics on valorant, there are some texture and effetcs that changes and you cannot see clearly (for example the viper wall, or the grass on some walls); However if you want to play a story centred game like GOW or horizon etc its better to have high graphics because you dont really need high FPS
Huawei Matebook D15 Ryzen 5 3500U.ver(2020 model) 8gb Ram 256gb SSD IPS Panel 60hz monitor Vega8 İGPU AMD Radeon graphics When I First bought it I was getting 100fps-95fps 1080p locked at highest of the highest Settings but now in 2023 I get 40fps 4:3 (1024x768) lowest of the lowest graphics with nothing running on the background I wish I knew more about computers back when I had bought the laptop
I play on my laptop which has Rtx 3050ti and ryzen 7 4800h 16gb ram and 300hz display On highest graphics i get arround 350 fps and i can customize my screen a lot like make it vivid or for racing games there is sepparate option This is my first gaming laptop and i think the rtx 3050ti works like a rtx 3090 idk why it's so good or maybe it's just me trying a gaming laptop for the first time in life
i have a gaming laptop with gtx 1650 and an 1080p 144hz display were i play valorant on low settins which will give like around 250 fps and with high settings 140 to 160 . but i prefer to play with low setting because i like low setting than high settings for some reason only in valorant
I have a 144hz laptop monitor 1920 x 1080 15 inch my graphics card is gtx1650 which does its job my cpu is an i5 11th gen I prefer to have a mix of both
i play on my laptop monitor, 60hz @ 720p specs are : i3 5th gen and amd rm330 2gb for preference i don't actually have a choice but if i had i would choose fps.
I have a giant 32 inch 1440p monitor 164hz and I love it, I don't think I'm good enough to care about my refresh rate past like 100 lol so I feel like 1440p is a good balance between quality and framerate. 4k would be too intense and 1080p doesn't look that great imo
So i play on a 1080p 60hz monitor with a 1050ti, and i get fps around 150 on max settings (msaa on). So yeah, i play on the max settings with 60 constant fps. if i get a 144hz monitor in future, then i can change some of my graphics settings coz i get somewhere around 200 on low settings
I use a 390hz Acer nitro monitor with a Ryzen 5800x3D and a 2070 super. I play everything on the lowest settings and get around 600-700fps after overclocking my ram. I’m sadly only ascendant 1 with this setup :(
I have a asus VG245H Monitor. its only 75h with tons of screen tearing its awful but I usually play with graphics on max (hd monitor) and my fps will still be at about 150 to 200 so I have graphics on max because it doesnt effect fps that much
I play on an IMAC 2015 that I swapped to windows and I get 50-80 frames, my screen can only go up to 60. And those frames are on 1280x720 with every graphic turned all the way down and with literally 0 programs running in the background.
It's not about what makes me feel good or play better, it's about how to make it work on my laptop, so I play with 1600x900 res and 30fps 😭😭😭 (Anyway, I'm glad it works and even if sometimes I wish I could have a good pc and monitor the game still makes me happy ❤️)
i average 105 fps but it is unstable and often hovers down to 80 or 90, but even then i have no graphic card but to me low graphics already look alright in valorant, and also i don’t have a pc
am playing on a 240hz 1920x 1080p with an average of 400 fps i have an amd x5900 and my gpu is a radeon xt6800 xr but i do think it doesnt really matter at al cause when i started playing valorant i awas on a laptop with 60hz and barely 144fps and i rank almost to immortal with it back in act 3
I play on a old 4 year old laptop from acer. I barely reach 60 fps but if i want to stay there i need to pretty much play in low settings but thats fine with me as long as i can play 😂
A little late to the party, but I have some aoc monitor at 144hz, I have a mid range pc that gets me about 300 frames in ow2 and 500 in valorant. I usually play low in all of my games since I play semi-pro for ow and in ascendent for valorant, but in games like gta or single player i go for higher fidelity and graphics over frames.
I play on a 24-inch Reddragon Ruby running at 144hz with a GTX1650 at val. I have to use low graphics to achieve 90-120 fps because my processor is at 100% with nothing else open but hey it's an Athlon 200ge it really sucks xD I wish I could play with better graphics or more fps but sadly I can't.
I play on a laptop with a 1650 ti(mobile) the built in monitor has 60hz but I have a 27in 165 hz monitor sadly it’s VA so it’s not as good as others but I’m happy with what I’ve got
See I have a pc and it’s nice to have one but I try to avoid playing on it due to hardware being 15 years old and not keeping constant frame rate in any yame
Aoc 24 inch 240hz monitor 1ms it’s served me great colors are not the best but I play on all low graphics anyways so it doesn’t bother me I am thinking of upgrading to a oled or high resolution 240
i play on a 1080p 165HZ Monitor I capped my FPS at 165 bc thats the max fps that i can see with my Monitor My PC is mid-good i would say, CPU is a I5 10600k and the GPU is a rtx 3060ti
I think valorant is better on lower graphics . As everything is more clear . For e.g on high graphics it's very hard to see any thing around viper wall 🤔

my pc is shit..still gets me through, but if i had a better pc and monitor i feel like i could be A LOT better
i5 3rd gen CPU
GT 710 GPU
8gb RAM
30-100 fps (very unstable and keeps fluctuating every time I shoot)
1024 x 768 60hz Curved Monitor(in game)
I feel like this vid will blow up
me watching this on my 60hz 720p display
Meanwhile, Me having no graphics card/gpu :D
So i play on a 1080p 60hz monitor with a 1050ti, and i get fps around 150 on max settings (msaa on). So yeah, i play on the max settings with 60 constant fps. if i get a 144hz monitor in future, then i can change some of my graphics settings coz i get somewhere around 200 on low settings
I use a 390hz Acer nitro monitor with a Ryzen 5800x3D and a 2070 super. I play everything on the lowest settings and get around 600-700fps after overclocking my ram. I’m sadly only ascendant 1 with this setup :(
Why do i watch this when i know that my laptop 8 year of age cant do this :)
If they ship to Croatia, I will follow this until I gain enough money to buy. I follow you for far to long to not trust this lmao ;D
It is a genuinely good monitor! I think this will probably stay with me till it gives out tbh which hopefully wont happen
Real?
It's not about what makes me feel good or play better, it's about how to make it work on my laptop, so I play with 1600x900 res and 30fps 😭😭😭
(Anyway, I'm glad it works and even if sometimes I wish I could have a good pc and monitor the game still makes me happy ❤️)
what's your rank though?
@@AyushRaj-uu1dw silver 1 ☠️
@@Gabak333 bruh you might fuck the entire server if you got a high end pc
same
Remember when you used to post over watch vids
im a peak asc player i get max 100fps and play on a 185hz monitor with low grahpics wish i had more fps
i average 105 fps but it is unstable and often hovers down to 80 or 90, but even then i have no graphic card but to me low graphics already look alright in valorant, and also i don’t have a pc
me who watching it on 60hz monitor:
where is the difference?
am playing on a 240hz 1920x 1080p with an average of 400 fps i have an amd x5900 and my gpu is a radeon xt6800 xr
but i do think it doesnt really matter at al cause when i started playing valorant i awas on a laptop with 60hz and barely 144fps and i rank almost to immortal with it back in act 3
I play on a old 4 year old laptop from acer. I barely reach 60 fps but if i want to stay there i need to pretty much play in low settings but thats fine with me as long as i can play 😂
Nothing related to the video but is the beginning bgm the character selection for tekken tag team tournament 2
I have to use low graphics to achieve 90-120 fps because my processor is at 100% with nothing else open but hey it's an Athlon 200ge it really sucks xD
I wish I could play with better graphics or more fps but sadly I can't.
Aoc 24 inch 240hz monitor 1ms it’s served me great colors are not the best but I play on all low graphics anyways so it doesn’t bother me I am thinking of upgrading to a oled or high resolution 240
i play with 190 to 300 fps with a gtx 1660 super i5 8400 16gb ram with a 144hz 1080p benq
comment for engagement
Monitor: Dell 21 inch
Pc : dell Optiplex 5040
I dont have a good gaming pc because my father doesn't want me to play :(
I play on a Samsung laptop made for lightweight, it is literally a potato laptop, AND I *NEED* MORE FPS

Batman theme starts playing
i play on a 1080p 165HZ Monitor
I capped my FPS at 165 bc thats the max fps that i can see with my Monitor
My PC is mid-good i would say, CPU is a I5 10600k and the GPU is a rtx 3060ti
i have a lcd acer 60hz with a ryzen 3 3200g and 8gb of ram :') living in algeria is hard

hi can you make omen collection pls i love your videos
i play on a laptop that can barely handle 60 fps without having constant drops 💀(i have all graphics on the lowest possible)
60hz built in laptop monitor and i get like 80 fps constant on 1920x1080 on the lowest settings and bloom on ;-;
I am playing on a 144hz 1080p monitor from msi and my pc has a ryzen 5 5600 and 2060 so i play on higest settings in valorany
I only have this 60hz monitor so I might as well use better graphics
I think valorant is better on lower graphics . As everything is more clear . For e.g on high graphics it's very hard to see any thing around viper wall 🤔
im playing on 1080p on Acer KG271 and with i3 9100 and gtx 1050 and low settings
I have an LG UltraGear 144 hz 27 zoll Wqhd and like it c:
