When using the manual control to remove 1mm it should in theory take half off each side. The problem is when entered on the screen as 1mm it takes 1mm off each side so 2mm removal. Is there a simple setting change for this.
if I have a machine with Newall linear (non glass) scales, can I just swap to this 203 display? will any scale with the correct connector for the back work on this read out?
Good morning and thanks for the excellent question. We've been asked this often and regrettably we have to say no...you cannot plug a standard NEWALL linear scale into an Acu-Rite readout.
