What am I supposed to do now that I have these lights set up I can't use the app because the app is no longer available for Android I guess so I bought these for 50 bucks and I can't use them is there any way I can bypass without using the app
Hello! You can use the TGS strip light with the sync box on your TV. But you may use the cable management clips in the parcel to roll the strip a little bit.
Thank you for the reply I was able to fix the issue. Customer service is very fast to respond. This lights are amazing with many features and it works as advertised. The sync feature is very accurate. But I also like the many other modes. You would not regret your purchase.

Hi! I can't log in to my isnow app becouse there isn't enough space for my email adress. Until today it worked but i need to log in again and the space is not enough. Is there any solution?
I have the same issue as well. It's been months now trying to get customer service to respond to all my emails to no avail!🤬😡🤬😡🤬 it's like they dropped off the face of the earth! Infuriating! Did you get help with this?
Thanks for your message! Our products support linkage with peripheral input devices, such as TV boxes, PS4/5, Xbox, etc. And the Sony OLED Google TV has yet to be synced.

I bought the Ambilight for 80 euros, after 1 year I can throw it away because Android is no longer supported. In the future I will avoid anything that is app-controlled.

Sync in last video not work every thing is ok , still loading without end!

Hi! My tv is just 43" . Can you tel me what is the length of side strip and the top strip part from the whole length? Maybe the 55" fits. Thanks!
