Littlewood is around $10 - $15, and it’s so underrated as a cozy farm sim… unlimited inventory and it has a fun Pokémon style mini card game included… 100% recommended
My favorite cheap, cozy Switch games (cheap when they go on sale!): Murder by Numbers (Picross meets Phoenix Wright!) A Short Hike Staxel (Minecraft meets Animal Crossing) Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion (Zelda meets turnips!) Demetrios - The BIG Cynical Adventure Donut County Wide Ocean Big Jacket Scheming Through The Zombie Apocalypse: The Beginning ABZÛ Katamari Damacy REROLL Machinarium
Agree! But, OVERWHELMING should be at font size 200 or larger, bolded, underlined, pulsating, with emergency lights flashing effect in the background as well as chaotic sound FX
Cloud Gardens is *so* good. I played it a bunch at launch, and actually just redownloaded it a few days ago to play some more. It definitely deserves more attention.
I got The Last Campfire on sale for $2, but honestly, even the $15 full price is worth it IMO. Just be prepared for a Spirit Farer like feels trip I'm glad you liked Denpa Men, I keep meaning to try that one! 💰
What Remains of Edith Finch is one of my favorite cheap buys. I caught it on sale for less than $5. If a creepy-cozy narrative sounds like fun, definitely check it out. It took me about 3-4 hours to finish the story. I was so hooked, I played it all in one sitting.
Great video. Two additional free (but great) games that get overlooked are "Island Saver" and "Hexceed." Island Saver is similar in feel to Powerwash Simulator, but with a tad more action. The game was actually developed by a bank to teach kids about money, investing, etc, but *please* don't let that turn you away. This game is far more enjoyable than it has any right to be. The base game is free, with a couple of optional $5 expansions that give you more islands to clean/complete. Hexceed is for anyone who loves puzzles and/or minesweeper. It's basically minesweeper with additional mechanics thrown in. I've likely spent at least 100 hours in this game. Once you learn common patterns and strategies, it becomes the perfect mix of mindless yet occasionally challenging. Like Island Saver, the base game for Hexceed is free, but over the years they've added a ton of DLC, which you can get for a fair price if you grab the season passes. Super worth it, imo.
Apico is a great cozy game. I’m not sure on the sale price, but there is a lot to do in the game. Save the bees and the butterflies! Restore the reefs and get music records from a fox? They even added diving. Another game I always recommend is Graveyard Keeper. That game keeps me engrossed for days. Not sure how often it goes on sale, but if you don’t mind the witch burning and body handling… It’s a cozy farming/ life sim game.
I genuinely wrote down five of these to get, I’m super excited to try them out!! Thanks Pat 🙌🏻 cloud gardens, and Lunas fishing garden look especially good to me!
"Fit My Cat" and "Fit My Zoo" (I think that's the title) are both cheap, and quite fun little puzzle games "Blocky Farm" is pretty fun, although it started as a mobile game, I believe, so there used to be actions that you could watch ads to skip, and on the switch you obviously can't, so things tend to take a while to complete. I still enjoy it though. "Pack Master" is another puzzle game, similar to "Fit My Cat", but you're trying to fit everything into a suitcase. "Sprout Valley" is one of my favorite little farming games. It's super cute and relaxing.
The First Tree is like $5 when it’s on sale and its a fun exploration/puzzle game. There are two stories, you play as a fox looking for her missing children while a story of a father/son is explained as you find artifacts on your search. Takes about 3 hours. I had a fun time with it!
Although they may not be traditionally cozy, I find Vampire Survivors and its clones to be really relaxing to play once you get the hang of them. They're usually $5 or less as well which means if you like the basic formula, you have so many to choose from! My personal favorites are 20 Minutes Till Dawn, Brotato, Twilight Survivors, and Spirit Hunters Infinite Horde (this one is more expensive though, around $8). Vampire Survivors is free on mobile as well so a person can always try it there first to see if it's for them or not!
@@sugapsych4285 I agree, I have it on steam, switch, and mobile 🙂 It's perfect for short or long sessions. There are a lot of good clones emerging though!
I would suggest Mini Motorways as a cheap cozy game ($10 maybe if you catch a sale?) ...well I don't know if it's "cozy" because its just traffic managment LOL but its a game I love to pick up all the time and I find it satisfying not stressful. You work on maps of real cities and little houses and destinations pop up and you draw the roads between them. There's also a cheaper Mini Metro which is the first game in the series, but it has less features.
A Short Hike should’ve made this list!! Retails at $7.99 but I’ve definitely seen it go on sale before for somewhere around $3-$5. I loved it so much that I purchased the Super Rare physical collector’s version of the game when it came out.
Sticky Business was such a disappointment. It didnt make a difference if I added things to the box. Within a couple of hours I'd had more than enough of designing stickers. It wasn't expensive, even when it launched but it still felt like a waste of time and money.
@@UncommonPlans I feel you, I often buy cozy games that people hype up and then feel like I wasted my money when they don't hit me the same way. Then I just end up going back to Stardew or Pokemon lol.
Smushie Come Home, Garden Story, Mail Time, Cozy Grove, Minute of Island, PID, and Wylde Flowers are all great games that i believe are all less than $10 and some under $5.
I love Dicey dungeons, so much fun and so cheap Also lost words, I finished it maybe 3-4 hours it was super cute and deep Thank you for the list I can’t wait to try some 😊
I feel like no one talks about Toem at all? It’s such an amazingly creative story of a game where it has a black and white art style and you get to go around to different little towns and photograph things, and all the dialogue and tasks are written in such a comical way! It really is a game that makes me smile, bit more on switch for $19 I think (get on sale) but on steam right now it’s only $4 :)
My cat was sleeping until you said bomb cat explodes, he woke up and looked at me and made whoo sound, sounded like an owl 😂 I also love that in bomb cats all the cats look so angry.
Oxenfree II is 60% off on EU region, been waiting for a good sale on Switch as J played the first game on that platform. Time to buy it, for 8€ is more than worth it
Thank you for suggesting more cozy games! I personally love the fact your channel is mainly focused on cozy games. 🥰 I can always rely on your channel for more cozy games and watching your livestreams especially after a long day is so comforting. Please keep making your cozy content! There are youtubers out there that do so many different genre of games and I’m subscribed to so many I enjoy but I personally prefer UA-camrs who stick to one genre and how their whole channel is just that one genre. 🤎🤎🤎 Even if I can’t be a member I will never stop following. Keep up the great work Pat! 😄
Big fan and viewer of the channel! Not criticism or hate but just trying to offer a suggestion. Although I like these kinds of videos, I think your channel is over saturated with videos that discuss “cozy” games lately. Would like to see different genres considered in this format of video or different video content in general!
I'm interested in a list of Cozy Couch Multiplaer games. We love Boomerang Fu, Hole. io, Color Water Sort, Tricky Towers, Tower of Babel and are always looking for new games. (My Wife and a Friend are overwhelmed with more than 3 Buttons to press :D )

Cat tales and the second one I haven’t got the 2nd one just yet but the original one was so fun and cozy

Love Littlewood! The developer is working on a new game too!
Started playing it today, I am loving it so much ❤
I did really like little wood! If you like that one, I think you’ll like potion permit too -but potion permit is a little buggy.
You have to catch at least 1,000 fish to trigger the Special fish to complete the travelers task so crazy 😢 I dumped so many hours into it
I was just going to say Littlewood!

I just finished Agent A, I don't know if it's really considered a cozy game. It's a puzzle game, you defeat a spy. I loved it!
Two I love that go on sale for cheap often:
- Spiritfarer
- Forgotten Anne

Pixel Cafè has its vibe but I think it's boring. I played the demo on the gamescom (it's a conversation here in germany).
