Please don't spend too much time on connections and all that stuff. To be honest you will get signed by FHM if you just focus on your music alone. They have a great demo system and they will give great feedback in return if the track isn't good enough. It's not like your connections will get you signed sooner, your music still needs to be of a certain level. So work on your music first, dont get obsessed with all this connecting stuff and all things people tell you about how to get signed, because there is only one way really: make great music.
