- This is part 2 in my series showcasing the top 100 most expensive comics in my collection. The value of these 100 books alone is almost half a million dollars. I decided to break this into parts so that I can go a little more in depth about each comic. I'll reveal how much I paid and how much they are worth.

Hey Alan! These are some fine and fun comics. I like the Wonder Woman books. It is amazing how the women block the bullets and sword attacks with such skimpy costumes. Ron from Melbourne Fl.

@@ComicCollectorGeek It was a really sweet collection, I normally get more scattered or random collections. The one I just purchased was so nicely organized and curated. I cannot wait to see what is in the marvel half when he brings them to me in a month or two.
So Shiela Saunders 1st appearance is NOT the first appearance of Hawkgirl. Antman, anyone?
She appeared earlier. But in All Star 5 she becomes Hawkgirl.

Gaines' less than stellar testimony didn't help, but even if he had done great, the societal angst for comics was too strong for them to continue as they had.
