In the video, the lady is talking. So how can I keep the footage but mute her voice? Also, can you take a video from UA-cam, bring it over to premiere rush, and edit that?
Currently Rush only supports up to 4 layers. I would combine video layers in another project, export then add it in a new project to add titles and whatever else you need.

So what I’m gathering is overlays ... overlaying doesn’t work on an iPad and one needs to use a PC ..the tutorial does a shitty job explaining this not very helpful ..I’ve learned nothing I couldn’t find out playing with the program for 20 minutes.

I've tried both 1080p and 720p and when I send it over to Rush the resolution it totally off and blurry! Any recommendations? Thanks!
Haven't had that experience. How are you sending to Rush? Check if there is any compression happening via transfer

Claudio Zavala Jr. Mines won’t sync the whole thing. Maybe a picture or two or one or two video clips might make it to the laptop
And I pay every month for the extra cloud space and all that and still not have it work. Any ideas why it is not working as intended?

When you add it in mobile, select the layer and resize it. Happened to me. Thought it wasn't there but once resized i could see it

You have up to 4 total video/image layers. If you get beyond that then I would use Premiere Pro.

At this time you can't to chroma keying in Rush. Hopefully in the future it is available.
I'm an Android user and Power Director and Kinemaster have chroma key features. I believe VLLO does also.

There is not a green screen effect yet in Adobe Rush.

I believe 4 is the max at this time.

Should be the same steps. You'll obviously have a smaller area to work with.

You can use the Transform option to zoom in. You would need to trim clip at point you want to zoom in and out.

For iPhone you need to add it via Control Center. Android has since changed, I now use Screen Recorder app now.
