Hi Kelly :DD I recommend you try the Ceramide shot Ampoule from Ample:N (unless you’ve tried it already 😉). It has beta-Glucan, 3 types of ceramides and cholesterol (also fragrance and drying alcohol free)
So my sister had extremely dry and irritated skin... I gave her some purito centella green serum for day and the Klairs midnight blue calming cream for night! It was better in 3 days!!! Needless to say she trusts me anytime she needs skincare advice..lol
Also people who see me now ask me for products to get and ask me how I have time to do my makeup. It's skincare baby. I send them to this channel. You have this happen too?
Can't wait to try the RNW ceramide products. I just have to finish off my Ample:n products first then bring out RNW for the remainder of the winter months.
so glad to find be plain bamboo ampule is here even before this video exist 😂 my skin also suffer from chronic dehydration bcos I'm using axis y physical sunscreen which is freaking drying out my skin. and also I change my cleanser to cosrx ac collection and heimish. unfortunately, they aren't working for my skin. in fact, my skin got worse and dry?? so I try to repair my skin barrier back. not even thick moisturiser with ceramide could help 🥶 so I hunt for a hydrating serum and like you said it burst into the water as soon as you apply it to the skin! not even sticky which I like. my skin is better looking now and not dehydrated anymore only after 3 days!
The NIOD MG is amazing for my skin - I have mask triggered (among other triggers) rosacea, and this helped more than azelaic acid did. I never want to be without it.
I have read that honey has been used to heal skin. So one time when I had how very irritated skin and I didn't have anything else I used the I'm from Honey mask. I love that stuff it was so wonderful and soothing. I am using the Stratia liquid gold I do like it's becoming one of my staples. I picked up the Klavuu Sea suiit repair I like it.
Love that you’re always emphasizing barrier care, it’s definitely helped my skin! Have you tried the reformulated version of the illiyoon ceramide ato concentrate cream? I’ve heard that this reformulation is noticeably different than the previous version and I’m bummed because it’s been my HG!
@@jenniferlee9029 I’m curious about this, too. I bought it after hearing so many great things about it & have been very underwhelmed. Wondering now if I got the new formula??
I didn't know Mediheal has a serum. I thought they only make sheet masks. Interesting and the serum looks really good too. Kinda reminds me of Ampl:n ceramide shot ampoule.
I thought that too! It's a new launch for them and I think they are expanding into a full skincare line rather than just sheet masks (which are so good)!
Thank you for recommending Paul's Choice Omega+ serum. I wish it had bigger amount of product though. I spent this winter with it and I love the quality of it.
OMG Kelly! Your video has come at the perfect time! Last night my skin stung so badly and I didn’t know why bc I’ve used this product so many times. Glad this video had so many great recommendations. Love your videos!
Love this video! My skin barrier feels to be always sensitized or damaged in some way so these types of serums are a must have in my skincare cabinet. I have the NIOD MG and have mixed feelings about it but am still trying it out and unfortunately stratia liquid gold did not agree with my skin. My holy grail is the Krave Beauty GBR but I'm excited to try these other ones you recommended :)
The NIOD MG serum will forever be one of my most adored products of all time. It's what really helped with my eczema, and a DECIEM rep recommended that to me way back in 2019 (when it was recently launched). I was so new into skin care back then and I never knew how powerful a serum like that could be. I think I was the fourth reviewer on their website, and now theres over 400 reviews - a testament as to how great this product is. It really was the gateway skin care product for me, that helped me get into the world of skin care.
I might add, the serum also contains really good antioxidants (superoxide dismutase), amino acids and a good peptide as well. So it really does it all in terms of hydration, anti-aging, and calming inflammation
When my skin barrier was damaged, everything I used to use was burning. I started using Laneige cream skin refiner day and night as it was the only the big not burning my skin, after about 1-2 months I was blue to start using other products.
Great video! My go-to barrier serums are either liquid gold from stratia ( I use as serum instead of a moisturizer) and Krave's Great Barrier Relief :)
Take the purito unscented serum and add a drop of the ordinary phynogenol to it it's amazing. I just finished a RNW ceramide serum and opened another one and placed an order for another one for backup,I never want to be without it's my favorite.

Another fantastic video Kelly, with great content, quality and product shots🙏🏾🙏🏾!! Honestly I’ve never heard of the skin’s moisture barrier until I came across your channel; you have opened my eyes to the fact that I actually have dehydrated oily skin. I guess I never thought that oily skin could be dehydrated. I’ve nicely settled into using tretinoin for the past 9 months and have recently added in azelaic acid as I heard this combination either together in the same routine or separately in the AM and PM routine will work wonders. However couple of days in, my face is stinging when I use AA and I’m now focusing on strengthening my barrier. There are a lot of products you have recommended that are in my wish list for my next round of purchases; Stratia Liquid Gold (I finally caved in and ordered today although shipping to Australia is expensive!), Naturekind Urea 5 Cream, Be Plain Bamboo Hydrating Ampoule and Purito Dermide Cica Sleeping Pack. Would you recommend the Naturekind cream for oily acne prone skin? My skin loves the RNW Special Ceramide Cream which contains lots of different ceramides, cholesterol and I think fatty acids, panthenol, meadowfoam seed oil, etc; it’s my all time favourite moisturiser but it’s highly underrated and no one talks about it..
I'm so glad you enjoyed this and that my content has helped you understand your skin more! Sounds like you made the right call to step back from your AA and just focus on your skin barrier. I love the naturekind urea cream and use it kind of like a cica cream, as needed whenever my skin needs the benefits of urea. In that sense I think it will work well for you, as a full face moisturizer I think it might not be occlusive enough for dehydrated skin, and sounds like the RNW is serving you so well.
Which one would u pick if u could only have 1, Purito Centella or BePlain Bamboo? 🤔🤔 I have the same skin type as u (dry, dehydrated, acne prone, a little irritated (from picking), and and slightly damaged barrier)

@@Mel-pi2ns the niod modulating glucosides help reduce irritation and skin reactivity. If you have irritated skin it will definitely help!
