I love this restaurant! I have eaten there several times while being posted to Belgrade. The name is a play on the name of the famous Danish restaurant “NOMA”. The name of this restaurant is HOMA but “H” in the Cyrilic alphabet looks like a “N”. They did have Noma’s cookbook on the shelf. I am from Denmark which is why I noticed it.
