Importing FSEQ files into xLights

When you are desperate and want to recover data from a FSEQ file into xLights effects ... how do you do that?

I have a very good reason to want to do this. I want to use some tesla sequences as a basis. Can you provide the link to the video you mentioned? I would like to be able to convert them into timing tracks.

I'm trying to import my Vixen 3 sequences and not having any luck. thinking maybe this would work. but I don't know how to create a data layer when I click data layer there is nothing for me to select.
