I can’t find the answer to this anywhere please help me!🥺 Do you know if I can use the reusable pads for the 240 on the M6? I found a really good deal but it’s for the 240 and I have a M6
Kipper The man Hahahah you my friend have the Best Eyes in the world, I had to replay the video several times before noticing the Bug on the floor. The Bug was a PAID Actor and no bugs were harmed or Mopped UP when making this film 😆
I've had the 240 for about a year now. Picked it up cheap on an Amazon warehouse deal. The small size is ideal for my kitchen and bathroom. It's best used when your floors are already pretty clean in my view, more of a maintenance bot than a heavy duty cleaner.
Matt Diffey 380t had to filled with water on each run due to a small tank. There is a cube you have to put in the room your cleaning, the newer m6 is great it clean great and the tank for me last about a week. Why I use it per room clean. So I have a go out every night and clean a different room the only thing with you I’m sick so she still have to switch out the pads.
Matt Diffey The 240 is a good Robot for small areas such as a bathroom. I believe around 300 sqft. If you have a larger area the m6 ideal, the 380t doesn’t have a spray nozzles, has a water tank in the mopping housing. Also the 380t has a navigation cube which you have to place in an ideal location for the robot to navigate. The m6 and 240 doesn’t need this. So for small areas the 240 great, larger areas the m6 is ideal
Matt Diffey The 240 relies on its front bumper and the resistance of the mopping pad, aka smooth hardwood floors has less resistance than trying to mop carpet. This is how the 240 avoids objects and carpet.
Matt Diffey In terms of obstacles they both are about the same. In my testing the 240 did get hung up on the carpet, but keep in mind different carpets the 240 might do better, mine worn down so it makes the 240 hard to distinguish it from the smooth wood floors. It best to remove all obstacles and area rugs if possible
Your floors are the cleanest floors in the world!!😀
transam Yes my floors feel like I am walking on a cloud 😃
I have the old bravaa 390 and its so cool but they all have trouble cleaning grout lines
I agree they all struggle with getting in the groves of the grout. I like the Braava Jet mopping style the Best
0:29 when the 240 wants to finish the job in 2 seconds
I can’t find the answer to this anywhere please help me!🥺

No unfortunately all 3 models use different size pads, won't work the the Braava Jet m6
1:18 240: FRICK IT CLEAN THE CARPET

@@RobotMasters The bug survived the mop. It's the true land lord of your house.
@@ricktyman4709 Hahahaha lol 😆
Cute

I thought about getting a mopping vacuum but was scared I would forget to switch it on my carpets and get them wet.
Hello, I would recommend the iLife w400, does really well avoiding the carpet 👍🏻
Does the 240 leaves streaks? Because I had read that the m6 does.
No it has a different tire type, no streaking, you can use distilled water in the m6 to prevent streaking as well 👍
Thanks for making this vidio
Epic Gaming No problem, I am here for you guys 🤣
I really did not know how good the 240 was. I had the 380t it cleaned great. But was a pain to setup.
transam Yeah looked like a pain to setup with that Navigation Cube, heard it had to be in a very specific spot for the robot to work

@@Withnail1969 I agree, I don't think any of them are really designed for heavy duty mopping.
Transam - which do you use now? And why was it a pain to setup? There are hardly any good videos on UA-cam for the 380 or 390t

Please can you review the Braava jet 390t
Matt Diffey Yes I will look at getting a 380t down the road.
I can’t wait that long should I just buy the 240

Thanks Nathan, I’ve just ordered the 240 and some KEEPOW pads from amazon. Maybe you should think about affiliate links.
Matt Diffey Yeah maybe when my channel get bigger hahaha, let me know how the 240 works out for you 👍🏻
How does the 240 deal with obstacles?

Would you say it is smarter than a roomba random navigation vacuum robot?
