Good cartoon. I like the baby penguin. He didn't need to save Casper when he drowned and frozen. He's already dead. He died as human Casper McFadden the first time. So don't matter what happens next to Casper. He's a ghost and he can never die.
I'd take this one over 8 Ball Bunny, which has a similar plot, any day. At least Casper didn't run into any guys asking "Can you help a fellow American who's down on his luck?"
Don't those passengers at 2:00 have to pass some sort of customs inspections before boarding a plane? (But then again, ghosts, especially friendly cartoon ones, need not apply.) LMAO X-D Gee, while it's summertime in Argentina at 3:31, it's still summertime up here at 0:30 (or at least it should be winter up here, not summer. We here up north exchange seasons with the southern hemisphere. At least that's what I was taught in middle school social studies.) :-)
How come Caspar can be solid on a pogo stick yet still walk through walls? Plus why does everyone see him if he’s a ghost? Course sometimes we can’t see him. Very confusing
