The Russian station was connected to the grid but it was mainly a producer of weapons material. The British Magnox reactors were completely commercial.

As stated before, Japan's total drop off in 2011 due to the Touhoku Earthquake and damage at the Fukushima power plant is felt here on the list, as Japan and it's main power agency ordered all nuclear power plants to shut down and/or cease operations while determining the safety/viability of each plant. At that point, Japan was using at least 60 percent of electricity generating from nuclear resources.
It’s a real shame, nuclear isn’t a bad option, they just made a poor choice putting the reactors on their eastern coast which is in a tsunami zone. Poor planning, but not nuclear energy fault.

Where it is used, it only creates most of the time only a small fraction of electricity being used. Electricity is only a small fraction of the overall energy consumption. In the USA nuclear is about 8% of the total energy being used.
