Beautiful , beautiful aquarium. I have a much smaller aquarium ( 70lt ) fully planted and not done a water change in over 1 year, like you I love my little piece of nature. Once again , your aquarium is stunning
When you uploaded your first video of this tank, I wrote there that I would make a planted natural aquarium. Now, today is the 60th day that I have a planted aquarium of 10gal. All the resources are collected from nature. Thanks for your information and the precious video. Take love from Bangladesh. 🥰😍
Aww it’s amazing! You’re welcome and thank you so much! ❤️🌿❤️🌿
@@peaceofnaturee and one more thing, you have uploaded a betta tank's video and it's been a lot of days past but you didn't post any update of that tank!! waiting for the updated video of that betta tank.
He is healthy! I’m going to make him a new tank and I will use this tank for apistogramma breeding tank. Stay Tuned!
Hey thats awesome!! What did the process look like setting up a native planted tank? Did you use tap water? How long did you wait until you added other living things?
Such a beautiful and peaceful tank 😍🌿
Thank you so much! 🌿🙏🏻
I saw this beautiful video more than 10 times you are doing grate ,Can you please do a video for what plants are you used in your beautiful natural aquarium

Thank you so much!🙏🏻
Incrível seus vídeos, desejo sucesso e prosperidade! Abraços do Brasil.
I haven't tried setting up a dirted tank yet, but your dirted tank series has inspired me to give it a shot. I've been doing some research and came across a discussion in an online forum mentioning that dirted tanks can develop a pretty bad smell over time. Has that been your experience after having your tank running for over 180 days?
Really loving your videos! Great work.
Thank you so much! There is absolutely no smell at all. The top of the tank is completely open.
@@peaceofnaturee Thank you for sharing your experience. Also, I might have missed the part where you talked about the lighting. If I may ask, what's aquarium light you used for this setup?
Really looking forward to setting up mine. If it turned out even half as good as yours I'd be very pleased! Thank you.
No smell here. I have a 20 high that's been running for six years and a 29 that's been running for three years. Initially there is some gas expelled but it's not bad enough to affect the water quality. You may smell it if you're right near the tank but it decreases over time and as your bacteria get established.
@@rudybriskar5267 6 years?? that's so cool. Did you cap it with sand?
Also, during those 6 years did you notice any signs that the nutritional content of the soil has been depleted? I guess the accumulation of fish waste also provides nutrition to the plants. But I'm curious to know if you've used any liquid fertilizer or root tabs during those 6 years.
Must've been cool for you to see how your tanks progressed over the years! Thanks for sharing.
@@zoronoa9911 still going fine but I have to tear it down. There's black algae under the silicone so it's not if it will leak but when. Doesn't seem to be depleted.
Just dropped in to check out your content. I have two deep substrate aquariums, my 20 high has been up and running for six years and my 29 acrylic has been up and running for three years. I'm just about to build a brand new glass 29. My 20 high has black algae under the silicone so it's only a matter of time before it would start leaking. After I reseal it I'm going to do another deep substrate build. I keep smaller fish, I just like peaceful fish. The new tank is for my Green Tiger Barbs, I have a a dozen along with one Kuhli Loach and three Albino Corydoras.
The 29 acrylic is home to two Siamese Algae Eaters, four Albino Corydoras and sixteen Celestial Pearl Danios.
I don't do any water changes, I just top them up. I have the lights on eight hours a day, I feed every other day and everyone is healthy and active. 7:34
So beautiful. Thank you
Thank you!
Great video, I'm going to give the natural substate a go!
Thank you so much! Good luck 🤞
pothos are the best for external filtration through roots and I will say more they live very well even submerged I speak for 5 months...😉
Yeah, I've got pothos, crotons & peace lilies in my tanks.
I did peace lilies for 15 years (regularly trimming the top & the roots) in my betta bowl.
I got inspired by your dark water tank aquarium and built a 45lt tank (12gallons) now all my fish are thriving. Btw I built everything from nature
It’s perfect! Congratulations! 🌿🌿
The other day I was going to gather some compost from a bag, for another natural aquarium for my betta, & a handful of NOPE greeted me: a 10cm garden spider with babies on her back! That compost bag was now her domain until she was done with it. 😅
I found another source for my new tank.
😂 I also come across such surprises when I gather materials from nature. 😄
Thank You very much.
Amazing.

Kind regards from Ecuador
Thank you so much! Greeting from Türkiye ❤️🌿
Let's goooo he uploaded ❤

Türkçe Alt yazı için çok teşekkürler.
Rica ederim.

I jave a few of these types of tanks with vaying success, from fantastic to cyanobacteria sludge fests... Fun all the same.
I can jus sit here and watch your tank for hours.
I also built one tank with topsoil and organic compost. It's been 2 years now everything was good for 2 years but all plants started to die now. I added root tabs, but still it's not the same. Give me some suggestions please.
🌿🙏🏻 Maybe you can change %15 water every week for a while. Also what is your water temperature?
@@peaceofnaturee I started doing water changes. Temperature outside here in India is going up to 40 degree celsius. Inside my home it's may be 30-35 degrees.
@@shubhamdandekar20 I think because of temperature. I don’t know what kind of plants you have in your tank but I believe your water temperature around 30 degree.
@@peaceofnaturee okay let’s see. Monsoon will be starting from next month. I will let you know if anything changes.
how long is this system running? your last video it was 180 days. how much is it now?
7 Months Now.
Can you suggest how much watt of light I should use for a low tech planted 4 feet tank
If I told you to get this light right now, I would be giving you incorrect information. Choosing the right light depends on the height of the tank and the types of plants.
@@peaceofnaturee all low tech plants with 4×2×1.5 feets
I want to make a sink 200 x 50 x 50. What is the size of the glass required?
Minumum 10mm.
Which lights are on this tank?
How can it thrive with no co2?
Can you explain to me how it can thrive (by experience)?
This system have natural Co2. It’s not ‘effective’ and ‘fast’ as a ‘expensive’ Co2 system but basically, soil in the tank hosts a variety of microorganisms. As they decompose organic matter in the soil, they release CO2 as a byproduct of their metabolic processes.
@@peaceofnaturee thanks
Do you have a water filter in it?
He doesn't
I don’t have it.

How can there be so many plants but no bubbles of oxygen being made?
✌️
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Saying the same thing again and again really annoying vedio
Thank you for your feedback 🙂
Don’t watch it then?
😂😂
Ripetita juvant. Personally, I really like the voiceover too.

Sorry, I can’t listen to the AI
It’s okay 🙂
Tell us honestly, did ChatGPT wrote the script for this video? It has more water than your aquarium!
If so, it's probably because he's Turkish & using it to translate & for the voice over.
The dimensions of this aquarium are 200x55x65h (cm). After adding all the materials inside, its water capacity is 170 gallons - 660 liters.
I use the CapCut app for voiceovers. Yes, I am Turkish and I know English, but my skills in voiceover work are quite weak. While preparing the scripts for my videos, I sometimes research topics I am not familiar with because I want to provide accurate information to my viewers. This way, I also learn things I didn't know. When researching these topics, I use ChatGPT, Google, and various other sources for help. All the content is my own. I handle the editing, video production, and filming, as well as the aquariums and terrariums, all by myself.
Potas!
How many watts of light do you use? I need to know please.
I don’t remember how many watts.
