Glad you found something to help lead you out of that life and give you a new one. SD is a harder area than people know... the streets can be rough and can tear you up if you arent careful. Youre a strong person and never forget what god is giving you. We all need to humble ourselves and coming to is the best way imo

i did a little time with Sonny in Milan back in 2001-2002, Sonny took me under his wing and taught me how to navigate my way through the system. I never got to properly thank him for sharing his wisdom with me. Sonny asked me if I would be his walking partner, I had no idea who Sonny was at the time other than rumors I heard that he ran the prison, I was honored for the invitation and of course said sure...I'll never forget that first day I walked along side Sonny around the track, the first thing he told me is that our goal is to walk 10 miles each day. That may not seem such an ambitious goal but let me tell you, 10 miles in 3 hours after a meal for someone not use to walking with such discipline, day one...it was all I could do to keep up with the pace Sonny kept, he was on a mission, at 82 years of age this guy was in some shape. Sonny talked the whole way and I don't think I spoke more than 3-4 words, not because Sonny didn't give me a chance to talk, I was literally fighting to catch my breath, I felt like I had to run just to keep up. No way I was gonna drop out and not only let Sonny down but I felt my very pride was at stake. I managed to make it through that initial walk, I believe Sonny said we made it almost 9 miles, he knew exactly how far it was each lap and kept track, when Sonny set a goal, he meant it! Thank you Sonny for instilling into me the importance of setting ambitious goals and doing your best to accomplish that goal, you never give up. Self discipline, respect, honor...Thank you Sonny, I have a much deeper appreciation for the simple things and an understanding of how those simple things make the hard things more possible. I'm at a loss trying to explain and recount all the lessons I learned from Sonny, I'm not even sure that he realizes how powerful and beneficial his kindness is. When it comes to street smarts and knowing how to respectfully and honorably deal with anyone and any situation, Sonny is the wise guy. Sonny, if you read this, will you please do society one huge favor, write a short to the point book explaining the way it is like only you could do. It doesn't have to be a book per se, just a little of your philosophy, if followed, would do wonders for humanity and make this world a much better and enjoyable place for everyone.

My mom just died suddenly my sister didn't tell me for a few days and I missed her funeral services didn't even get to say goodbye my dad's Alzheimer's is getting worse. Some days I look into his eyes and he's a different person I can see the confusion I just wish you'd let me help... ELCA has the one kidney is stage 3 cancer in it we did a sonogram last week and it's starting to grow faster I just feel so alone and I'll have nobody left family-wise couple of my friends I guess I've gotten tired of how my dad does and they won't even come around or talk to me anymore next 25 years I thought they were my friends but so I'm going to bring everything by myself I can't forgive my sister for not letting me know so I could say goodbye to my mother the last week just broke down and cried because I'm losing everybody at the same time I don't think I've ever felt more alone in my life I'm down to one pair of jeans because not I never thought that that they would come like my daddy will take care of you uncle and I will take care of us and now I'm trying to live off what little they give me and it's I have plantar fasciitis & bone spurs in both feet. I have read this guy's autobiography. I saw zero concern of any kind for the victims. It was obvious that the thought of compensating any of them, or even of giving illegal gain to the Kingdom, was nowhere in the mind of his wife or him. Instead, while Franzese was in prison, and supposedly born again, his wife was living a wildly over the top lifestyle that included various luxury cars and a home with 7 bathrooms. That didn't seem to bother Franzese in the slightest. We know where the money for all that came from. I have a hard time taking this guy seriously.

I have studied many religious texts. I have read the Qur'an, studied Muhammad's life, and can tell you that a true believer in their religion would not violate it as Muhammad did. Although I do respect the fortitude in which you bring your beliefs to this site, I would advise you to perhaps read over your document; there may be a few things you don't like. Whilst Jesus was consistent in his message throughout the Bible, Muhammad definitely shifted in his beliefs.

Ovay I agree, with or without god I believe everyone should be forgiven. People change when they really want to. I’m a atheist but encourage people like mike to travel around and speak. He speaks to college athletes about gambling and does this. If he reaches one person that is struggling with anything then it’s worth it. To me nothing feels better than helping someone out.
