      As long as it's NOT a car with significant automotive history, I say go for it! It will be more reliable and much more powerful!

    Beautiful conversion, love it !! What is the range on a full charge?

      We have driven 220+ miles on a single charge but the range anxiety was nerve racking!

    What did the conversion cost all in?

    • @gasngowithsnow
      @gasngowithsnow  Місяць тому +1

      @tobysmith7866 it was expensive but this is the show/race car. $250k with paint, cage, metal fab, parts, wiring, labor, rims, interior, carbon fiber work, BATTERIES 🔋!

    I guess it's your car, but it seems wrong taking the muscle out of a muscle car

    • @chargepozitive
      @chargepozitive 3 місяці тому +1

      It has even MORE muscle than it ever did before.

    • @hendrix232
      @hendrix232 3 місяці тому +1

      @chargepozitive it's probably faster, but it is most certainly not muscle. The thump of a v8 is muscle, not the whir of a servo

    • @chargepozitive
      @chargepozitive 3 місяці тому

      @@hendrix232 Depends how you define "muscle"... when gas cars came out people still wanted "real" muscle of a real horse. If it makes it move with tons of POWER, is faster than a V8, and doesn't require the maintenance/cost of gas/oil then i'm all for it.

    • @hendrix232
      @hendrix232 3 місяці тому

      @chargepozitive right, but that is a muscle car. One of the I'd say easily top 5 that come to mind but for me mustang is number 1. The whole point of muscle cars nowadays and kinda even then was to be loud, impractical, and bold. I'm not saying what you did was dumb depending on the price it was probably pretty smart, but it just isn't the same

    • @chargepozitive
      @chargepozitive 3 місяці тому

      @@hendrix232 I agree it’s not the same. For me (not the builder) I like going fast without a bunch of extra noise. I do however like preserving classic looks for years to come after it’s no longer practical to keep an ICE engine in there. Thanks for watching by the way🎉
