Sir, kindly make a video on use of LOLA, Glutathione and other supplements like l-alanine + l-glutamine & similar amino acid preparations etc. because clinicians often do not have enough information regarding the indications and benefits these preparation provide and tend to go with whatever knowledge is given by the pamphlets brought by the MRs.

Sir, working in wards recently has put a query in my mind recently. How do we differentiate between a patient having seizures from one having a respiratory or cardiac arrest, what are the major clinical signs / clues to look for at such a time when the patient is seemingly convulsing or in arrest and when should a ward doctor accurately call / activate CODE BLUE. any insights into this would be extremely helpful sir.

I've seen people changing this I:E for better exhalation in hypercapnia, they think increasing expiratory time can reduce pco2 without looking at minute volume or expiratory tidal volume (Vte). If in I:E 1:2 and rr 20 the inspiratory and expiratory volume is near enough then why to increase it more?
Increasing exp time causing decrease in inspiratory time which causing the vent to deliver the vt in short time requiring more pressure and flow which can cause trauma to the lung.
Experts answer please.

50 + (2.3 x height in inches over 5 feet)
Ideal Body Weight female (IBW in kg) =
45.5 + (2.3 x height in inches over 5 feet).
Target tidal volume ranges from 6 to 8 mL/kg IBW
