Hi..Just got my F360-50 how come mine ain’t got the guiding bit at the top? Any idea please..??.. And at the moment its just blank just dark can’t see anything yet..Any tip please mate.. CheerZ Mate..!!!
You should be able to use it without the guiding part. Try to check if anything is obstructing the lenses. If you take the eye piece out you should be able to see some light through the lens. Same with the eye piece. If no light, then something is not right or maybe you just have a piece of plastic tube with no lenses

I just got one and in my oppinion is not that much comffortable the back part were you put the lens.
I tried checking the telescope its always so blurry when i watch the view it is set up properly
