One of the most favorite salads in Eastern Europe

- The set of ingredients in this salad might seem controversial, though, it's really tasty!
Ingredients:
Salmon - 1 pound (450 gr)
Cheddar - 7 oz (210 gr)
Butter (put in the freezer 15 minutes before use) - 5 oz (150 gr)
Eggs - 10
White onion - 2 oz (60 gr)
Mayonnaise - 8 oz (240 gr)
Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Salt - ½ tsp.
Pepper - ¼ tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Chives -½ oz (15 gr)
1. Put eggs into the saucepan, pour with cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
2. Remove scales from the salmon, wash. Fry covered over low heat for 7 minutes each side.
3. Finely chop the white onion, add the vinegar.
4. Remove shells from the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
5. Skin the fish, remove bones.
6. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the fish, mix well.
7. Grate all the egg whites on a dish, then 7 oz cheddar.
8. Spread half the mayonnaise.
9. Put half of the salmon, add onion on top.
10. Put the rest of the fish and spread the remaining mayonnaise.
11. Grate butter, then yolks.
12. Decorate the dish with chives.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

The salad looks amazing except the part where are you graded the butter. Holy moly, I couldn’t take a bite of that. Everything was rich as it was. But butter!!? Maybe I have to try it. Beautiful salad! Great videos.
