I have the small one, wore for 10 days and one of the fixed spikes came off after wearing for less than 2 weeks. So random I have no idea why and it was my first Cartier purchase. Currently it’s being repaired in France with no ETA…they’ve had it longer than I have 😔

Thanks for sharing, Reshmi. The Cartier Clash collection is so chic but I haven’t bought any because I was afraid that the spikes might scratch or poke my handbag when I’m taking things in and out of the bag. What are your thoughts on that?

Thank you for watching ❤️ that is very sad 😔 I never heard that happening to to the clash. It sounds to me like a odd one and I would suggest to try to make them exchange it for a new one! Let mee know of you do and how that goes!
I know, I did ask about that because it did seem odd. I guess they are repairing and said it must have been a fluke thing. I am so bummed!
@CharleneBerglund yes it sounds like it. Ask them in your store to exchange also call customer service. When did you buy it again? I know you said you wore it 10 days but if it's withing 3 month or so they should exchange it.
