Perhaps if more infrastructure becomes possible, there are people there who would be willing to care for older people, who are looking for warmth (from carers as well as climate) and simplicity in their last years.
For ”Tourism” again... what about just preserve it and have main island CNMI use for sustainable farming (organic)..looks like this lady has her own interest, and come on guy someone’s recording an interview u cant see a camera recording you have to block the view?! no respect at all..
