Hi @fabriziosiano7070! Thanks for checking out my video! It will be a little snug with the sleeve on with the laptop, but it will really come down to the sleeve itself. The one I have offers a lot of extra cushion so it I had to take it off before putting it into the backpack. But if you have a very slim one, it might just fit but will be a little tight.

Thanks for checking out my video 😁. This will vary on the shape of the shoes, but yes I was able to fit my low top converses into the main compartment without an issue.

Hi Jan! In my demonstration, while I didn't pack my bag to the max, I find that if you're able to utilize all the pockets and spaces properly the backpack can actually fit quite a bit of stuff while still maintaining that slimmer form factor. Because of that, it could give the illusion of seeming like a smaller bag.
