Availability of a forensic exam (rape kit) at no cost to you
Confidential access to victim advocates
Time limits (statute of limitations) on certain legal actions
Mandated reporting of the assault if you are a vulnerable person (child or elder adult)
Confidential communication with service providers
Testing or storage of evidence kits
Possible financial compensation for you as a crime victim
It is also a good idea to contact a rape crisis center in the area where you were assaulted since they should be familiar with the laws that apply in their area. RAINN maintains an excellent database of state laws that can help you to understand what rights you have.

I’m so glad you reacted to Kesha, she’s such an amazing artist! I feel with this album she was trying to be positive whereas her latest album is more ‘truthful’ about the darker feelings and more reflective. Would recommend you reacting to some songs from Gag Order but wow are some of them heavy!

I've been listening to this song for years. And it still gets to me.
I've been in "depths of despair" moment for a few weeks. But I have learned over the years (and have tried to remember) that it's not the end. It's just another chapter in the book of journey and so much remains unwritten.
"Colors feel muted for me." YAAASS! That's what it feels like. And then when you are coming out of that space suddenly the sun is brighter, the sky is bluer, the trees are greener, etc.

I'm really curious to understand more about the Fair Use process and UA-cam member process and generally becoming monetized even if most of your videos are treated as not monetizable.
I have been thinking about my own options for monetizing my fanvideo UA-cam channel by posting other videos occasionally that could be monetized since UA-cam keeps reminding me i could become a UA-cam partner, based on views but I am so confused about if I really would be allowed... but also just thinking about making a second UA-cam channel that's the monetized one and considering what kind of videos could be posted there.
